My name is Roman Kalinowski, I am the leader of a group called Scythians, we are the Coalition dissidents and looking for leaving the area of their influence to start living away from their totalitarian regime. Should our reasons concern you, I may engage in explaining of the cons of living in the Coalition society, but my primary aim is to request help and assistance from the Zoners, who share similar reasons of leaving House space and settling on borders of known realm.
First and foremost, we require a vessel capable to provide us a ship for thousands of people who want to leave and settle elsewhere, without the watchful eye of Big Brother, total censorship and else. We are ready to procure such ship for your hands, should it be a Passanger Liner or even a Civilian Carrier, but we do require one on Gran Canaria as soon as possible. I hope our haste is understandable for you.
Furthermore, we would like to request rent of a space drydock capable to hold this ship on its modernisation for our needs once we are far from the New Moscow. As we know, the Zoners do have such facilities somewhere in the Edge Worlds but we would like to know it for certain. For sure, we ready to pay for rent.

I apologize for the late reply, but we are very busy with the changes that have taken place here on our planet. We the Zoners of Gran Canaria do not have such conditions that you request. My advice is that you try to contact directly the Phoenix group, that have all the resources that you request.
It appears that the Phoenix are not interested in our request otherwise they would answer the call already. Its sad to see lack of any empathy from the Zoner community to our cause but guess everyone is only worrying about their trouble and no haste to help else. Sad view, but expectable one.
We shall make our fly out of Gran Canaria the other way.

I have seen this request and though Pygar is part of Phoenix, I am replying for the time being on an Independent Level.
I know full well the challenges you face in leaving not only Big Brother, but also Gran Canaria, for I was part of the Exodus from Omega 49 when Bretonia Annexed the planet.
I will do everything I can to assist you and yours in leaving the system and heading to somewhere you can deem safe.
What I need to know however is where it is you intend to take your people and your plan's for the future. As you say your dissidents of the coalition, is this something that may lead to conflict with the Coalition in the future?
Ship wise, are you wishing to purchase a ship? or are you requesting we supply one?
