My name is Leon, I command the Bustard known as NX-01.
I fly around and explore space, scanning systems and do freelance jobs to keep myself busy.
With this license request, I'd like to build an installation within your House. My databanks aboard my vessel have almost reached capacity, and this installation will have more than enough memory to hold all of this information, and then some. This information will be freely accessible to the lawful Gallic Forces.
Name of Installation:
NX-01
Base IFF:
Freelancer
Purpose:
To store co-ordinates and be a hub for all riftjumpers, surveyors and explorers within Sirius.
We shall work with the lawful groups within Gallia to help them better protect and serve.
I currently have a contract with OS&C| to give them system scans for their liners.
This contract I'm sharing will serve as proof of being genuine when working with the Lawfuls.
Owner of the Installation:
Leon, of the Bustard known as NX-01.
Location including system and Sector:
Languedoc system, Briancon Station Intersection
Provence system, Sector 4C.
Please respond if either or both locations are available and I'll let you know where I'll decide to build.
Please be aware that due to problematic interactions with Sirians in the past, the Gallic Union does not simply hand out permissions to any random foreigner who feels the need or whim to slap together a modular installation.
Furthermore, we are less inclined to approve said request when the individual is not even aware that our sovereign laws require a license for the use of surveying equipment, FTL devices and hyperspace location equipment, which seems to be the mainstay of your endeavours listed in your application.
Lastly, evidence of your cooperation with Sirian corporate entities is not, in any way, an example of good faith towards the goodwill of the Gallic Union.

Necessary bolstering of permament security of Orkney and Issodun Shipyard following the move of Fort Albi to External Sirian control. Base system: Orkney, in orbit of Planet Sanday Reputation with the Gallic Navy: Gallic Navy Is the base already running? Yes - forward depot stage that supports construction. Do you plan on subcontracting the resupplying of your base? If yes, to whom? Construction is under way. Docking rights provided to all Gallic Navy, EFL, GMS, IDF and Gallic National Intelligence - in later stages of construction we will consider all of the mentioned to be sub-contracted.
Good Will: We understand The Gallic Union ceased accepting rent extends and new applications for modular base construction within its territories. But due to the urgency and sensitive nature and importance of Fort de Bregancon the Gallic Navy Combined Fleet made the decision to build the main foundations under swift schedule and radio silence.
An aggressive Bretonian Battrecruiser Incursion into Orkney that occured earlier today will push the priority of the construction, and is what made us break radio silence and inform the Ministère of this vital project.
As a gesture of good will towards the Ministère de l'Intérieur we have wired 150,000,000 Credits - an amount civilians would pay for registration and a fine. Whether you decide to add our Fort to Sheet of Registered Bases we leave at your discretion. The Fort shall stand at the far side of Planet Sanday, shielded by it's ring and there is strategic value to the Gallic Navy in not having it's location in a public registry until it is fully finished and fortified.

Esteemed Monsieur France,
The Office of Spatial Planning has carried out a thorough check of your documentation and a commission of the posted base. Satisfied with the results, we see no reason to refuse further operation of this station and will provide all possible support for the further development of infrastructure on Union territory.
Mosneiur Akio,
For the first time in the history of Interspace Commerce's relationship with Gallia, your corporation is choosing to build a station from scratch, instead of renting an existing space. A commendable start, perhaps your corporation can serve our state well - the Office approves your application and authorises the construction of a station in Languedoc. Don't forget to get the appropriate permits to store and sell Military Salvage if you decide to help the Union on a deeper level.
