Ella,

You don't have to worry about spending my precious time, I can assure you I've got enough time to spend for you, if I didn't then I wouldn't be chatting in space as much as I am. Besides, helping a friend out is always a good thing to occupy my team with.

Anyway, the Vagrants are a species of Nomads, visually you won't really find much difference between them and the Nomads, they just kinda 'speak' differently. I can't really explain the difference in their speech, but the Vagrants are also much less violent than the rest of the Nomads; most of the time they prefer to just hang out and leave when trouble arrives.

Needless to say, they are as dangerous as all other Nomads and they should always be shoot-on-sight targets.

Alaska is a system that you best forget exists. I don't know how and under which circumstances a primary fleet pilot allowed you in there, but as you can read in the Laws of the Republic even the Liberty Police isn't freely allowed in there, we need to follow certain guidelines ourselves.

I would advise against mentioning that name to anyone, especially not in public - it can get you shot.

I was hoping you'd get the hint of the answer to your question in my sayings. You cannot go to Alaska no matter the license you're carrying. You can't be there with a license, and you can't be there under escort of any ship flied by any admiral of any fleet. If you are seen, you along with your escort will be shot.

At least that's what I'd do if I caught a ship in Alaska that's not supposed to be there. Might wanna ask Nikki, being the Director of Naval Intelligence she probably has a more valuable answer.
