The Delaware is lost with all hands, including Admiral Brandt. The Ohio is now on its own in Vespucci and is in dire need of fresh reinforcements to secure our objectives.
While we don't have the heavy weapons of the Delaware, there's nothing with the kind of tonnage necessary to oppose us in the system. The Triton took huge hits during the skirmish that cost us the Delaware. We're going to play it safe, bombers will spearhead the assault and once we have them on the rocks the Ohio will move in to finish with its main batteries. Once the last piece of orbital defense is taken out of action, our orders are to assume position in orbit of Veracruz and proceed with bombardment until all activity planet-side has ceased.
We'll need whatever is left of the Delaware's payload to be thorough and recovery operations are already underway. All fighter squadrons are to expect reassignments to ensure our efforts to secure that ordnance isn't subject to enemy harassment.

Commander Morgan,
I'm saddened to hear of the loss of the Delaware. Are search and rescue craft required and is there any need for additional medical equipment?

LNS-Akhetaten
Two Battlecruisers

Commander Morgan,
The loss of the Delaware and her crew takes a heavy toll, both to the Republic and to the morale of this on-going campaign. Their loss will not have been made in vein and their courageousness and devotion to Liberty, their duty and to each other will certainly not be forgotten.
I have sent a communication to Commodore Blake Van Leer, CO of the LNS Barbara Jacobi, one of our Carriers. He's been ordered to muster what remains of, what has since been re-designated, to Task Force Barbara Jacobi, and rendezvous once more with the Ohio and Task Force Akhetaten, courtesy of the Fifth Fleet. Should our Task Force not meet the deployment requirements of the OPORD for this assault, I have instructed the Commodore to relay reinforcements, which will be made up of a jump-capable reserve Fleet from our LIBCENTCOM.
The Barbara Jacobi Task Force was hit hard during the prior engagement between them and the Insurgency, so I'm awaiting confirmation of the composition of vessels. If I can be of any further assistance, or if you've any further auxiliary requests, such as medical, transport etc. Please let me know and I will deploy what I can as priority.
As Rear Admiral Hopkins rightfully states, stay the course. We must remain steadfast and devoted to our duty. We are nearing what may very well soon become the end of the blight that is the Liberty Insurgency.

This is Commodore Maria Uhmen speaking, flag officer and commander of the Task Force Akhetaten on board the flagship LNS-Akhetaten herself. As per Fleet Admiral Cleveland's orders the entirety of the taskforce has begun it's deployment into the Vespucci system with the first few ships having already reached the rendezvous point with Carrier Ohio and joined her battlegroup.
Osiris-class battleship LNS-Akhetaten, Archer-class cruiser LNS-Normandy and Defiant-class gunship LNS-Antilope are all at your service.
Defiant classes LNS-Douglas, LNS-Green.Bay and LNS-Chehalis, Archer classes LNS-Monterey, LNS-Ticonderoga and LNS-Princeton, Interdictor classes LNS-Pasadena and LNS-Springfield, along with taskforce operatives and Akhetaten's squadron Umbral One, Umbral Two, Umbral Three and Umbral Four with their respective Defenders, Avengers and Upholders are all en-route to our location and will be arriving within the next twenty-four hours.
Task Force Akhetaten is at your disposal, Commander.
It is good to hear that we have this much support ready for this final assault. I'm especially grateful that you have arranged for medical supplies. We have picked up a few survivors and treating them as well as getting them out of here would support us greatly.
I received your report that the LNS-Bridgeport will be en route for us at 14:00 standard time from Philadelphia. We will make sure to be ready to receive. Please make sure the ship stays safe.

Subject: After Action
Commander Morgan,
Following an after action report I've received; The Barbara Jacobi Task Force was stood down in name, though a very keen Commander, Anton Gunnarsson, took command of the LNS Retribution and the attached forces of the Jacobi Task Force. Which I've now received confirmation of their composition, as follows, totalling:
1x Liberty "Overlord" Class Dreadnought
2x Liberty "Interdictor" Class Battlecruiser
3x Liberty "Archer" Class Siege Cruisers
7x Li-117 Liberty "Upholder" Bombers
10x BDR-804 "Guardian" Fighters
In light of this, the Task Force is aptly renamed to the Retribution Task Force. Who will remain in defensive and support positions in the vicinity of the Ohio for the remainder of the campaign. I have also ordered a flight of two Merchant Marine Heavy Transports loaded with medical and other required goods. If you need anything from the Task Force, call upon Commander Gunnarsson, or should you need more auxiliary support, give the word and I'll order more transports out to your position.

Subject: Vespucci Situation
Greetings Commander,
I have heard your distress call and have readied my flagship, the LNS-Bozeman, and am standing by to deploy to Vesspuci as necessary. However, I am concerned at your apparent willingness to burn Vespucci to the ground. I don't think genocide is what is needed here. The Insurgency is on it's last leg and we will make them surrender soon enough. I don't think that bombarding Vespucci is warranted or even moral. We are better than this
