McBoyles Schrottplatz, Frankfurt - for quality scrap metals.
Lagerhaus, New Berlin. Selling scrap metal 2500sc. Buying Gold ore 8500sc
TO: Dieter Schneider, Rheinländisches Registrierungsbüro
FROM: Festus McBoyle
SUBJECT: Lagerhaus (New Berlin) and McBoyles Schrottplatz (Frankfurt) modular installation.
Ahoy Dieter Schneider,
Thank ye fer the discretionary decision to continue with Schrottplatz clearing out the debris field in Frankfurt. Gotta keep them truckies rollin' through the tradelanes eh? Much appreciated.
Now, in regards to Lagerhaus. Would y' be inclined to allow me to relocate to a position 2-3 clicks away from Bocham Depot and 11 clicks from any TL, base etc? Or would ye prefer the same place but higher, above the plane to give clear distance from the tradelanes? It is vital to keep it as close to Kreuzburg Depot as possible as Lagerhaus (Warehouse) is a holding depot to offload bulk shippies from Schrottplatz. Smaller freighters can traverse the debris field around Kreuzberg as Kreuzberg is the best place to deal with all that scrap.
Herzliche Grüße
Festus

Guten Tag everyone,
The Reichstag has voted to discuss the current writing of §7.2 and came to the conclusion to remove the additional sentence that defines Tradelane as existing Solars.
The vote won a simple majority and was brought up. The Kaiser and the Reichskanzlei decided to accept their vote, we are granting Bases near to Tradelanes again, as long as they do not break Rheinland law.
The text is returned to: §7.2. All modular bases have to be built at a distance of at least 10K from existing installations and other solars. Solars are defined as: Inhabited planets or planetoids, trade lanes, jump gates, space stations, military installations, military vessels, borders stations and construction sites.
All existing bases who had to apply to move, in order to comply with this paragraph may stay where they are and are not required to move anymore.

Good day Rheinland Government,
We would like to apply for two defense platforms for our company (Miningfactory Neuss) in the Frankfurt system, as criminals have been spotted more frequently lately.
Among other things, heavy battleships were sighted.
As this gives us concern and we are also concerned for the safety of our customers, I am presenting this application to you today.
On behalf of all of the staff at Miningfactory Neuss, I wish you, your staff, and your goldfish the best of health.
Best regards: Helmut Schmid Director Miningfactory Neuss

Guten Tag Herr Schmid,
The Reichstag has had received your request of the construction of 2 Weapon Platforms.
The vote won a simple majority in the Reichstag (House of Parliament) and a simple majority in the Adelsversammlung (House of Lords). It was brought up to the Reichskanzlei. The Kaiser and the Reichskanzlei decided to accept their vote.
With that being said, your request is granted.
Be aware that further changes have to be approved by the Reichstag again and that the Kaiser keeps the right to revoke this permission immediately if the base should break Rheinland laws. But I think you know that, just formalities.
Have a nice day, Herr Schmid.

▰ Encryption: High ▰ To: Rheinland Goverment ▰ From: Michael Zwicker ▰ Subject: Base Relocation
Guten Tag,
To Rheinland Goverment from Michael Zwicker in regards to relocation of Federal Supply Station.
Upon recent purchase of an old and abandoned station in Thuringia system me, personally, as an Owner and base crew believes that the base might be much more useful for Rheinland economy as Dauman Heavy Constructions base if would be relocated in more appropriate place with better commodities supply chain.
As from 09.13 828 A.S. we started all repairing procedures in order to restore its infrastructure for further functional tests. Starting from 09.16 828 A.S. we created a full cycle of tests on its manufacturing capabilities for each individual factory module. At the time of purchase, there were three modules on the base: EM radiation alternators factory module, Propulsion factory module and Docking factory module. For this very moment, I might assure you that all factory modules are restored to its nominal working parameters.
After my visit of Lichtenberg Station in New Berlin system near the New Berlin Planet I believe that relocation of the base in to the same quadrant 4/5 F/G on the opposite side of the Trade Lane might supplement existing manufacturing capabilities of Lichtenberg Station in regards to military equipment in the first place.
Depends on Rheinland Goverment decision, I am personally planned to visit Lichtenberg Station officially and discuss my vision on supplementary factory construction modules on a moment of relocation as well as further planes for base’s Cores reconstructions and upgrades.
In regards to relocation of all heavy Industrial Equipment we are planning to make a contract with Kruger Mineralien and its extended hauling capabilities with two Barge class vessels. All personal would be appropriate recontacted and relocated with appropriate Liner class vessel.
We would be glad to hear your opinion on our proposition.
Mit freundlichen grüßen,
Direktor, Michael Zwicker

Guten Tag Herr Dr. Batsbak,
Thank you for your patience.
The Reichskanzlei has some reserves regarding your plans for a research station in New Berlin system.
We cannot allow you to build such a base under Freelancer affiliation. While our government allows all pilots of neutral standing to fly within its space, modular bases are specifically requested to grant docking rights to Rheinland law enforcements, and be openly hostile to Rheinland criminals and enemies – as per Rheinland Laws Article 7.4.
We understand that your station’s purposes will circle around research and development. However, as per Rheinland Laws Article 7.9.4, your station will fall under restrictions of production for cloaking devices, hyperspace jump drives or hyperspace survey modules. You are free to produce any lawful products, but you will not be allowed to produce such modules, as it is only permitted for Rheinland corporations.
Regarding the position of your base, we will request for you to provide the exact position where you want to build your modular base. Failure to do so may result in the denial of any application.
With that in mind, we will kindly ask you to reconsider your application for a modular base within our space. We hope that, with the information we provided you with, it will be easier for you to determine where you want your modular base to be built at, under which affiliation, and for what purpose.
You may re-applicate after a cooldown of 2 Days in order to re-think.
Have a nice day, Herr Dr. Batsbak.

Guten Tag Herr Zwicker,
The Reichstag has had received your request of the relocation of the Base "Federal Supply Station".
My congratulations on purchasing this Facility.
Herr Zwicker, I have to inform you that this base was already under watch of the eyes of the Kaiserliche Rheinwehr's Oberkommando. A base cheering the federal system and serving them as a "supply station" cannot be tolerated by the Kaiser and his troops. I am therefor asking you to rename the base immediately and dedicate the purpose of the base to the sake of his Majesty and the Volk of Rheinland.
After fullfilling this requirement, we can talk about the relocation. Thank you very much.
Have a nice day, Herr Zwicker.

I can understand their concerns about a research station with a freelancer affiliation.
The problem is that we want to cover every scientific area.
Ranging from astrophysics to nuclear medicine.
Not being part of an organisation allows us to manage the station independently and allocate funds according to our own needs.
Furthermore, we are not bound to the guidelines of any organization.
Of course, we do not want to allow criminals to hide on the station or the like.
In addition to the obvious groups, we will of course also prohibit individuals from entering the station as long as you provide us with a list of such individuals.
Furthermore, we will ensure that law enforcement and security agencies have unrestricted access to all areas of the station at all times.
We will, of course, do everything we can to comply with the Rhineland laws.
Regarding restrictions on production for cloaking devices, hyperspace jump drives or hyperspace survey modules.
Is it possible to obtain an exemption over time?
For example, like for certain cargo or like for Extraordinary equipment?
Of course we would expand the station and build extra secured areas.
We would then grant access only to selected persons and officials.
Since we also have to test the equipment, we would like to work together with Rheinland.
I hope with these photos you will get a better impression of the place where the station will be built.
Those are the two options we thought about.
If you still have concerns, we would be happy if you let us know and we can compromise here if necessary.
We would also be very grateful for any suggestions from your side.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Guten Tag Herr Dr. Batsbak,
Thank you for your patience.
The Reichskanzlei appreciates your efforts to comply with our law. However it we see it as very risky to have a neutral affiliated Installation in our heart system that still could serve as a hideout for possible terrorists.
If you find a way to proof us that this won’t happen, we can arrange something.
The next thing is your location. Please read our laws again and study them carefully. A the request for a location with less than10k Distance to the next Installation such as Space Stations cannot be accepted. Please select a location that is at least 10k far from the next Solar.
Please do not get me wrong, the Rheinland Government wants to cooperate with you, as our military could benefit from this too, but we have concerns regarding your neutral attitude. We don’t want possible terrorists to be able to purchase restricted Equipment. We cannot make an exemption for the current situation.
Please come up with a solution for these problems, I am open for talks.
Have a nice day, Herr Dr. Batsbak
