The effect is pretty big - we can't even move ships using trade lanes to Dublin without dying (the WPs disrupt tradelanes when you fly there and then kill you - the spam is ridiculous), the plugin has been ready for almost 2 years now and might take another few years to finalize.

You're not supposed to, as an unlawful, to be able to move along the lanes unobstructed, and that's it. Get over it.

Well, let me tell you this.
We have way to many PoB's on the server, which are a pain in the ... for the server and for the gameplay. Some house Governments decided that, a unsupplied base, should get destroyed, because the owner doesn't care anymore.
In other words: They send a comm to the PoB owner and demand that they keep it supplied, if they don't do that, they siege it.
I honestly think that's the perfect way to keep the spam of PoB's to a minimum.
