Military Exchange Program
Hail Premier Tykovkin,
I have received reports that the Ba'al has arrived and the crew has started their instructions and unloading. I will leave the rest to them and your men. They apologize for their delayed arrival, something about a jump hole destabilizing and reappearing in a different location.
Should more materials be needed please let us know and we shall see what we can arrange.
As the new Premier, there has been a change in policy and structure. Effective immediatly, no Order Ships are allowed to enter New Moscow (Omega-52) or its surrounding Coalition and its Allies territories. Your scientists have been shipped back to Order Space and our Ships have been deployed back. Our Alliance has extended its benefits, if there was any at all. All Coalition channels to the Order are gonna be terminated, as we continue our own focus and goals. As long as we dont cross paths in this situation, there shall be no blood spled. Should you consider an aggressive approach, we will not hesitate to shoot any of your Vessels down.
Do Svidan'ya,
Premier,
Ivan Petrov

I would like to congratulate your ascent to the position of a Premier, Mr. Petrov. I do not think I need to introduce myself, I have been around to see the first alliance, the war, the cold war and eventual reconciliation. I hope you have a great day.
First of all, no. It takes approximately one Sirian day (24 Terran hours) to organise withdrawal in orderly and dignified fashion. Downwards cascade of fleet orders, resupplying and prepping our equipment and personnel to move out is not something neither you or I can do in a span of a minute. Your abrupt departure had left us with some mess to deal with, notabene some of your personnel were left behind on our territory; For example the intriguing case of Lt. Melnik who is currently incarcerated at local MP station after participating in alcohol-fueled brawl at one of the many bars moon-side. He will be released when he rethinks his life choices and hopefully sobers up. Since we cannot bring any new ships to Omega 52 - as soon as we get news that our own personnel are safe and sound - we will round up any stragglers and ship them out to Freeport 11 if they are unable to leave on their own accord. Either way, from our side you have a grace period until night breaking Saturday into Sunday SMT to do it yourself.
Second, we require clarification on and I quote: “surrounding Coalition and its allies territories”. Unless Red Hessians had yielded sovereignty of their controlled space to the Premier which is highly unlikely, you are in no position to issue such demands that would far overstep boundaries of what could be reasonably called ‘policing your own space’. The Order recognizes that Coalition in its current state amounts to the entirety of the Omega-52 system, as well as an enclave of Tangier. Due to ever-shifting zones of control in disputed Omega-48, it is unreasonable to expect The Order to not ever approach Tangier either by purpose or accident, as the strategic location of Omega-7 jumphole is not that far from its gravity well.
Now that it is out of the way, back to the crux of the subject. The Sirius Coalition Revolutionary Army, as it stands, is violating 823 AS Peace Treaty and 827 AS Tunis Accords. By doing it, you are setting back our bilateral relations to a point that could aptly be described as a Cold War. You will lose the economic, intelligence and military aid of the only Edge Worlds power that still tolerates continued existence of your brand of radical left. Taking into consideration that the last time we clashed, it was a treacherous backstab into the heartland of The Order, and the fact that you are the one to dissolve both treaties, your future negotiating position will be severely compromised and at crippling disadvantage with history of being such an unreliable partner. I hope you know what you are doing for we are no longer bound by word or the spirit of cooperation with the Coalition, freeing us to commit to another third party elsewhere. We will no longer be able to demand that those who use our surplus equipment avoid hostilities with your organisation… for starters.
Once the grace period is over, Coalition ships will be considered foreign military and will be subject to removal (whether peaceful or not depends on your cooperation) within Tohoku, Omicron Mu, Zeta, Epsilon, Minor, Nu and other regions we have vested long-lasting interest in such as southern Omicron Beta and Kiribati Asteroid Field in Omicron Delta. Ships seen in the deeper Nomad worlds due to its treacherous nature may be considered infected by default and exterminated without prejudice, escape pods included. I think in long years of familiarity with Nomad threats, you will understand why so.
Abrupt nature of your notification implies it is a rash decision made in haste. Our own definition of honor states that agreements are to be carried out and grandfathered by the next High Command. This is how we build our legitimacy as diplomatic partners. We are ready to return to the status quo and forget about this communication… but keep in your conscience that we will not wait forever for you to make up your mind. We will absolutely show no regard to your strategic interests in any future deals from this point onward as you have freed us from shackles that bind not just you, but The Order as well.
I'm well aware that I myself together with Ben Warner (may his soul rest in peace) were in favor of the Alliance at the time, aswell as giving up the Kerimov which had valuable Order technology on board so no, this was not a rash decision. This was not a single day decision, as we've been shipping our forces back including transferring your Scientists to Freeport 11. You can exchange Lt. Melnik with your scientists there, but he has to survive his way back as we do not tolerate such reckless behaviour from our Lieutenants. If he survives the trip back, we're happy to re-instate him.
The Balma Treaty, the Gran Canarian treaty and our treaty is nothing more than steps to be taken to get closer to our Goals which you are not fully aware of. If you thought we were truely friends, then that was just a very naive view of what we are and represent. We may not be in Sol anymore but that doesnt mean our peoples vision faded. You are still the enemy that protects our old rivals from a threat you think you seem to handle by your own. The Nomad threat in the long term plays in our favor, once most of your population has been decreased, we'll be there for the clean up crew and since you're all part of the Alliance dream in Sirius, it wont be much of a moral concern to us. We understood that, when we became the Sirius Coalition and not the Sirius Coalition of another Alliance of Coalitions. Join the Coalition, else withness your own demise.
There's no need to prolong this more than it already has, your assets have been moved from Omega-52, everything else is not our concern. As long as your agents dont cross paths with our operations, there shouldn't be a direct conflict in result. But as I mentioned before, we will not hesitate if we do encounter you
Do Svidan'ya,
Premier,

Petrov. All preparations have been made, we can end this charade here and now. I assume I am supposed to feel intimidated by your threats right now. I apologise that I cannot act the part you envisioned for me. We - The Order - know from the inception of your group that Coalition’s goal is to ‘conquer’ Sirius and create its own domain in its place, please tell me something I do not already know. Not that I particularly care who rules Sirius either. I find clinging to Sol Alliance and Coalition ideals to be infantile exercise and not worth my time. Coalition’s docking rights will be rescinded. Have a great day.
