Großadmiral der Kaiserlichen Rheinwehr
Governor of Stuttgart
Your Großadmiral is speaking to you so listen carefully.
I have started this transmission to give you an overview of what has happened this week:
PERSONAL:
I recieved top secret Information within the past week, that Vizeadmiral Mechthild Herzsprung, who was supposed to be fallen on the Battlefield, is still alive. Mittwoch I went on a secret mission in order to find Vizeadmiral Herzsprung and bring her back to her home, Rheinland, safely.
Vizeadmiral Herzsprung had to go through several medical tests, the doctors allowed her to continue her service for the Vaterland.
I am announcing the following: VIZEADMIRAL MECHTHILD HERZSPRUNG is hereby re-integrated into the ranks of the Kaiserliche Rheinwehr. The Vizeadmiral will serve as your superior.
With this being said, Frau Mechthild Herzsprung becomes a part of the Rheinwehr Oberkommando and may be treated with the necessary respect and awe.
Frau Herzsprung, welcome back to Rheinland and the Rheinwehr. May you bring glory to yourself, the Oberkommando and the Kaiser. May you bring prosperity to the Empire and its Volk.
-Vizeadmiral Herzsprung will probably introduce herself in the following week-
PROMOTIONS:
Changes this week:
Flieger Hans Klein was promoted to Kapitänleutnant.
Flieger Jürgen Schmidt was promoted to Leutnant.
Congratulations to both of you.
REGIONAL COMPANIES:
The Daumann company will work together with us in order to upgrade Station Lichtenberg. They have agreed to send us some scientists and I believe they will deliver some Materials too in the future. Rheinland is recovering from the Civil War since Kaiser von Albrecht and Reichskanzler von Koch are leading our Vaterland.
I will soon order Daumann to build new Capital Ships to restore our fleet. The time has come. The Kaiser's fleet will once come back to it's original and old strength.
Additionally we will upgrade our old Battleships and repair the broken ones.
The Krüger company delivers all kind of Ore to our storage facilities on Planet Neu Berlin. The Gold Ore coming from Neu London is being transformed into pure Gold on the surface and thus makes our Vaterland more and more wealthy. The Government has started to increase the monthly payments for all workers and also you, the Soldiers recieve a higher Sold than before. Krüger also supplys our fleet with enough fuel, we do not fear any lack in the nearby time.
FOREIGN RELATIONS:
We are currently talking to the Admirality of the Bretonian Armed Forces in order to settle an agreement between our two houses to fight the pirate groups in the Omegas together. With the strength of both houses we will destroy any of these pirate installations that is in our way. It is to be noted that BAF Soldiers are to be welcomed and treated nicely, but any movement further that Omega-7 without RM escort is to be redirected back to Bretonia. Act kindly. Their Capitals still may not come to Omega-7, ours may not go to Omega-3.
In the past days we have had individual sights of Libertonian invaders. I am ordering you to be cautious. I don't want any foreign agents in Rheinland, if not told otherwise. LSF and Kusari Intelligence are to be forced out of Rheinland immediately. Gallic and Bretonian Intelligence is to be intercepted and questioned. Then kindly escorted to their destination or the borders of Rheinland.
Thats it for this week.
If there are any quiestions left regarding your Befehle, please contact me via D!.SC.0RD.Protokoll.

Karl-Heinz von Thielau, Erzherzog zu Stuttgart

due to recent developments in Hudson a new Kampfgruppe has been established.
Rheinwehr forces deployed to Hamburg are to report to the Pinneberg for further coordination.
Kapitänleutnant Hans Klein is hereby appointed commanding officer of this operation, effective immediately.
The Oberkommando has taken an interest in this affair and you will satisfy said interest, Klein.
Kampfgruppe Pinneberg's goals will be reconnaissance, surveillance and securing of our part of the system as well as access to Hamburg.
Provocation will be met with stoicism. There will be no attacks unless they overstep. You represent His Majesty the Kaiser's armored fist, unnecessary to mention that proper conduct is expected. Valiant and staunch defenders of Rheinland do not concern themselves with mud that the rabble slings. Blood of our enemies will wash it away soon enough, as it will wash away any and all stains those unfortunate enough to stand in our way desperately hope to smear upon our iron will.
You have your orders - dismissed.
Für den Kaiser! Für das Volk! Für Rheinland!
Hochachtungsvoll,
Mechthild von Herzsprung, Erzherzogin zu Thüringen
Admiral der Kaiserlichen Rheinwehr
Governor of Thuringia
the discovery of four illegal stations within the Frankfurt system requires our attention.
The Rheinwehr is to dismantle them. For this assets are relocated in order to establish a suitable strike force, comprised of both main and secondary fleet vessels. Nearby Mining Factory Neuss under Herr Helmut Schmid has been secured as an additional rendezvous point for resupply during the operation. For the duration of said operation a temporary exclusion zone has been established, affected are sectors D6 & D7 in addition to parts of neighbouring sectors C6 & C7 and E6 & E7. Freelancers and Bounty Hunters have been given the opportunity to assist alongside our forces and deter any would-be 'saviours' from interfering.

Kameraden,
As per the announcement of the Rheinland GovernmentThuringia is now off-limits to anyone but the Rheinwehr,Polizei and MND, with some exceptions. The full wording of the new law is as follows:
Quote:§6.1. Following areas are considered restricted spaces. Only Rheinland law enforcement is permitted within, Rheinland corporations may receive temporary access for the duration of valid contracts with law enforcement agencies.
Contracts are limited to a duration of 6 months until a new one has to be agreed upon.
§6.1.1. Hamburg - Sector G3
§6.1.2. Frankfurt - The entirety of the Westerwald
§6.1.3. Thuringia
§6.2. Unauthorized entry to restricted areas or revealing any information related to them is considered a serious crime that is punishable by a 20.000.000 SC fine, imprisonment, or death sentence according to circumstances.
Your guidelines are to follow the letter of the law as prescribed and report on any encounters in the system. Having said that, in the following months, I am ordering leniency and granting you permission to use no or symbolic fines for Rheinland's Corporations present in the system, if they provide a reasonable explanation, even without a valid contract. You should however have little patience with agencies from foreign house militaries, intelligence agencies, and with criminals. They cannot be allowed to roam freely in Thuringia, and the data from the system cannot leave in their databanks. You are authorized to use any means necessary that you see to it.
Hochachtungsvoll,
Alexander Arnold

I would like to remind everyone of the Omicron Xi situation and your orders. The environmental situation in München is very unstable. We in the Oberkommando are not sure how long the opportunity to keep attacking the Corsairs directly where it hurts them will last. Those unhinged creatures are the bane of all traders and seriously undermine our economy with their raids - it is of utmost importance to force them to concentrate their resources in one place, away from Rheinland. And that place is Omicron Xi. The Battlegroup Schwerin has done extensive damage to Syros Shipyard, but the Corsairs have been steadily rebuilding since our forces were recalled to the Crow Nebula theater and later home to our unfortunate civil war.
With Rheinland united and Cologne freed the Battlegroup Schwerin is once again ready to strike the Corsairs, however, we are not confident to commit the entire battlegroup fully due to the unstable nature of Munich, and due to Rheinwehr's deep distrust of the Gas Miners Guild and potential of finally conquering Sigma-13 should the opportunity arise. For now, the bulk of the Schwerin Battlegroup remains in Frankfurt. So the orders are as follows: Continue what we have been doing over the past year. Whenever possible, perform strikes against Corsair infrastructure in Omicron Xi, drain their resources, force them to leave Rheinland, and defend their system. Do this while we have the chance - our aim is not to conquer the system due to the potential instability of our connection to it and the risks associated with being cut off from logistical support. Our aim is to deal as much damage as possible, to their vessel numbers, their infrastructure, their manpower, and most of all their spirit and willingness to mess with Rheinland. As you know I am personally taking command of many ad-hoc engagements, and Konteradmiral Alfred Henze is taking charge of focused surgical strikes.
Keep up the good work. With every shot landed on the Corsairs in Omicron Xi you are indirectly protecting the citizens of Rheinland.
Hochachtungsvoll,
Alexander Arnold

Guten morgen soldaten.
Based on the latest internal reports and fleet assignments, an effort has been made by the Oberkommando to assign personnel both based on the needs of the Rheinwehr and individual preferences. We believe that a motivated Kommandant is one who will be most effective in their duties, and are expecting you to take responsibility for both successes and failures in your sectors!
Hereby outlined are the latest assignments:
Admiral Alexander Arnold – Ost Flotte. Your area of operations is to be the Frankfurt and Munich systems, with assignments extending it into the neighboring systems.
Konteradmiral Ferdinant von Habsburg – West Flotte. Your area of operations is to be the Stuttgart system, with particular focus on the Omegas region.
Flottenkapitän Lukas von Mayer – Ost Flotte. You will take orders from Admiral Arnold, and support him to the best of your ability.
Fregattenkapitän Hans Klein – West Flotte, Kampfgruppe Pinnenberg. Your area of operations is to be the Cologne system. You are encouraged to seek operational support from Konteradmiral von Habsburg, but you will report directly to the Oberkommando until further notice.
Kapitänleutnant Gunter Kunrad – West Flotte. You will take orders from Konteradmiral von Habsburg, and support him to the best of your ability. The Oberkommando is also aware of your detached status for specific assignments – this will remain unchanged.
The Oberkommando also hereby announces the formation of the Heimatflotte, to consist of all individuals currently unattached to either the West or Ost fleets. Do not think that this is a reservist assignment – there is much to do in the heart of Rheinland that requires your attention. I will personally assume operational command of the Heimatflotte, until such time that a qualified Kommandant can be promoted. Smaller units under the command of Leutnants and Oberleutnants will receive tactical jurisdiction over specific sectors. Assignments to these units are forthcoming, will volunteers encouraged to claim their preferred area of operation.
The Oberkommando is confident that the members of the Rheinwehr will continue to do their duty, and may do so more effectively within their chosen sectors!
All operational reports are to be addressed to your Kommandant (Fregattenkapitän Klein, myself, Konteradmiral von Habsburg, and Admiral Arnold). These will then be forwarded to the Oberkommando for additional review and archiving at regular intervals.

As of this moment i'm willing to create a Scoutgruppe to scout the Omegas. From my experience in the Sigma's, it's advised to go minimum as a pair. I also contacted our... ally... if we can call it that. Not sure how things will go flying with the AI drone, but we'll burn that bridge when we get there.
I would also want approval to ask Dr. Richard Batsbak from Deep Space Research to accompany us, under confidentiality of course. His expertise on anomalies will be useful in the region.

Oberleutnant Gunter Kunrad.
You are cordially invited to assemble the "Scoutgruppe Mücke" or "Spähaufklärungstruppe Mücke" Short SpähAufkl Mücke. However, I would like to ask you to first report to the Stuttgart system in order to integrate into the fleet. The Greifenstein is currently stationed there as well. At this point, I would like to commend you for your prudence and drive. It is a good idea to contact Dr. Richard Batsbak of Deep Space Research. He could help us to better research the Omegas. For him, too, this venture could provide useful insights for his research. Also, he will certainly be able to help with communication with artificial intelligence.
Hochachtungsvoll,
Ferdinant von Habsburg
