I am writing to inform you about an incident that occurred today during our patrol in the New York system. While on patrol, we encountered an Outcast gunboat. Upon attempting to make contact and instructing the vessel to cut its engines, it unexpectedly launched an aggressive attack.

During the engagement, we sustained some damage due to the element of surprise. Nevertheless, I am relieved to report that we managed to handle the situation effectively. Bill Curtis provided invaluable support from his bomber, while I sought assistance urgently, aware that we were at a disadvantage against the Outcast ship's superior firepower.

Regrettably, Bill's bomber was incapacitated during the engagement, but I am pleased to inform you that he successfully ejected in his escape pod and is presently under medical observation. The injuries are minor, and he is expected to make a full recovery within a few hours.

Despite the challenges posed by the Outcast gunboat, I endeavored to divert its attention from Bill's escape pod, running away from it so that it will follow me. After a while, the Outcast gunboat eventually disengaged and fled the area.

That is all for now, I am also uploading the black box records, if they will be needed.

VANGUARD,
When commandeering a Pegasus Serenity I have intercepted GC-Jinsoku transport full of slaves in Virginia! After a prolonged battle that took us all the way to Omicron Nu, I managed to free 3600 former Slaves. Unfortunately, 700 more were left adrift as the infected gunboat Gish|Aoi arrived at the scene and I had to depart. Their fate might not look very bright, but there is nothing I could have done for them sadly. I have negotiated a peaceful resolution and let the GC- vessel depart as well as to not endanger the lives of the humans on board.

Well, Raptor 1 has returned from leave and is back on duty,

And came across a new smuggler we have not encountered yet using a GMG ship to haul Cardamine. This individual was asked to stop and launched to the New York system from Colorado, but susequently turned round and went back to Colorado. He then managed to traverse the lane to Planet Denver, where he managed to dock with his cargo.

Subsequent evidence has been supplied below for your scrutiny.

Admiral,

Minding my own business as I undocked from Norfolk Shipyard, and what do I come across, but an Artificial Intelligence Cruiser in New York.

As detailed in my logs the Cruiser refused to comply with leaving Liberty, but severely outnumbered and outgunned, we called for assistance, but there were more pressing things elsewhere and all units were called away. This AI Cruiser is at large in Liberty and must be escorted out by units if they see it. Make sure you call for reinforcements and enough assets to be able to disable the vessel if it does not comply.

Details will be logged and a fine will be dished out of 1 million credits, due to the severity of the encounter, also if this is not responded to, there will be no choice but to have the vessel hunted down.

Admiral,

I have made a thorough patrol of the Pennsylvania area around mostly the trade lane ares and also the Helium field, and I must say it was really quiet. No Zoners causing mischief of any kind, and it seemed as if they had all disappeared.
So more Raptors will be on duty now, to continue the patrols, and they will make sure the embargo is enforced, and any traders who go beyond the 10km mark without a vaild reason will be detained and questioned.

Bethlehem station also seemed as if it was very quiet, and to be honest Admiral, I dont like it. There must be something they have up their sleeves, and also I did hear about a couple of incursions into New York for which I was told were succesful on our part as a fleet.

Excellent jobs all round I think today.

Admiral,

After my first patrol I would not have imagined what I saw as I undocked from Vallry Forge Flight School after refueling and re equipping my ship, a Zoner flashed by and was roughly 4k away from me and heading away from the trade lanes.
So multiple laws were broken here, and also he refused to stop which is one, and also was breaching the trade lane embargo .... and as I scanned his vessel to show evidence of his presence my gun cam froze, but I did get to see on my screen he had facility supplies or possible building materials classed as Robotic Hardware.

Visual evidence of the individual is presented to you, and after a very long chase towards the Driftwood Ice Asteroid Field, I decided to break off from my pursuit, just in case he was leading me into a trap.

I am assuming by the materials he had, there has to be some sort of vessel or maybe facility that these Zoners have. Maybe this is where they are launching their attacks from, because otherwise we would see them from Bethlehem if they were doing it from there.

This is just sketchy speculation at the moment Admiral, but as you can see in the flight log he did not deny the kind of materials he was carrying.

I hope this evidence is vital to you Admiral, and my Raptors and I will be making more patrols and getting more evidence as we go.

Well, once again, Raptor Commander reporting about yet another smuggler who failed to stop and was packed to the hilt with Artifacts.

This individual tried to come around the back of Manhatten, and immediately I tried to stop him but he continued to move to dock as I disrupted him and ordered him to stop.

It seems the Raptors are still needed and are to be doing some extra shifts over the next 10 days to clamp down harder on these Individuals who think they can get away with it.

Sentinel here with intel I was intrigued today on my first patrol alone, as I came across a cheeky Rogue that wasent really that nice carrying Liberty Police pilots in its cargo bay. He is an actual hijacker/human slave seller! Unfortunately, I have only captured evidence of him failing to follow my directions, in breach of several laws =
-5.1: Obstruction of Justice.
-1.3 Improper passenger conditions.
-3.0 Hostile organizations = "Liberty Rogues"
-And attacking Liberty supreme Police vessel on sight, tractoring the Police pilot escape pods to be later sold as slaves on some rogue colony!
