Weapon foundry - CODE weapons of various classes.
Equipment fabricator - CODE equipment, shields, thrusters, etc.
Materials Lab - Refines certain Spooky mineables into goods that are used in manufacturing the above items.

For Hydroponics:

/craft 1 list 1

says Workers: Crew x50 --> Does it mean it needs additional 50 crew for it or what?

Yes.

So 50 Crew above and beyond what you need for your Base.

It should be the same for all. If you want to check, I believe the command is:

"/craft [Refinery name] list"

Once you know what to use its:

"/craft [Refinery name] start [number for fuel type]"
