the deranged who expect 1iC of a faction they havent lead for 10+ years and get angry over it probably should be kept isolated but whatever

staff issue now, i really hope everyone dumps the menial labor on them and forces the moderators to do all the work
Each OF Leader has a choice to join the Official Discord and be in the Gov Chat with whoever is appointed from the Devs/Admins/Mods.
Those OF Leaders relay information back to the 'already existing' Gov Chats.
The people in their respective Gov Chats vote, as usual, with whomever they have there and the OF Leaders go back to the Official Discord Gov Chat and vote the way it was decided.
It is just another layer, which shouldn't add too much time on House votes.
The only loss is that you can't use Gov Accounts to do posts.
'I would like to be half as clever as some people like to believe they are' Life is full of disappointments, it is how we handle them that helps to define us, as a person

I don't see a problem with this really.

Eh yes this is true...you can even make an alt account for drafts by other people, you just need to send that to staff to post later by the guys in discord

Realy? the Last OF Discord I was in was Declared DEAD. So is there a new one or got the old One Revived? In both cases, I would love to have an Invite as the Leader of OS&C.
This would be any relevant or good news in my book if my trust in the staff wasn't constantly push back in dirt since the last year and half from my comeback.
Let's see whether this really means something or not.
There is hardly any change whatsoever, which became promptly visible in the new Gov chat.
You are all living an illusion of change, all that's in is a "safety button" to make completely ridiculous posts never show up.
99.999% of stuff Govs did and will do remains untouched, just gives Mods the work of pressing "ok" every time, congratulations.
OF participation only means we will see what St. Denis pointed out, just an additional layer. People will not cease to communicate over this and they should not.
Edit: Those freaking out about possible censorship, legit just slap a nice and clean "that's what we wanted to post but apparently weren't allowed to" into our faces publicly then. Not like I expect this to actually occur tbh.
