I appreciate the Company is able to assemble our order on such short notice, we'll pick up the shipment once it's ready and I especially appreciate the information about the inidividual items. I realise it's probably an industry standard to do so, but I also know assumptions can be a tradelane to hell, hence the question, no offence intended.
Regarding the 'special materials', I'm not sure we have a use for them right now, I'm afraid miss Travers jumped the gun on that a bit, though I'll admit I'd be very interested to see what that order would consist of.

You're correct, there will be ten user manuals per pallet, each for whatever item that pallet contains. With bulk orders, we typically do not include a user's manual for every single piece of hardware, but with a reasonable amount of coordination, the small amounts of manuals included can be cycled around a large number of personnel. Of course, your client could also just make photocopies.
To clarify regarding the special materials, we would be requesting you to acquire them for us, rather than offering them to you. We're currently assessing the feasibility of in-house acquisition operations for certain things that have recently popped onto our radar, but while those procedures are being assessed, we'll be outsourcing supply from groups such as yours. Due to the nature of the materials in question, the Company can't share any further info with you until we're ready to offer you a contract, but rest assured that a contract will be offered soon.
I hope that this clears up any confusion. Feel free to purchase as much of our product from our main facility as you can find buyers for, and please do contact us about any further "special orders".

Only the Xeno relics are readily available to us at this moment. We have plans in motion which, when completed, will allow us access to the rest, but we're in no position to deliver them now.
If you want us to deliver the Relics, let us know. The rest, I'm afraid, you'll have to source elswhere for the time being.
