Leon Vicci, Starfliers To: Navarch Valentine, Technocracy of Auxo Subject: Opening Line #2
My Research Lead, Albert McKenzie, wishes to have a personal line opened up directly to your comms network, as they have some further details regarding this new rift in Puerto Rico we had the pleasure of researching.
Would it be possible to get them patched in? This may be easier than the standard subspace messages we have sent in the past.
I will permit them on a send-only basis. Or merely carbon copy their message to this relay.
Please leave the research on this network, and I shall reply - or find him - when I am available. Be aware that I am preoccupied with some matters and a planned expedition.

Leon Vicci, Starfliers To: Navarch Valentine, Technocracy of Auxo Subject: Revision of the Enrichment Agreement
Going over older material from when we lived in Kepler, a relic of my earlier conversations with Revenant resurfaced. Since we have situated ourselves within the Inverness sector, I'd like to request a re-assessment of the terms I had agreed to regarding the Backing and Collaborative Enrichment Agreement between us. Things have changed since our exodus from Kepler, I'd like to make sure we are operating under revised standards.
The original terms were listed as such under this communication. Please do go over them and advise me if anything has changed on your end regarding our collaborative relationship.
Due to the change of circumstances, we must omit this line. War, is expensive, and with the current on-going crisis, we must ensure they do not have any further ability to exploit the remains. Otherwise, the research agreements remain intact.
Quote:- The Starfliers cannot closely ally themselves to the following factions: The Core, The Order, Crayter Republic, Outcasts, Corsairs. However, sales to these organisations is permitted. Should Starfliers be within deep hostile space, Technocrat assistance is unavailable.
Care to explain why this harlot was sitting outside your facility?

Leon Vicci, Starfliers To: Revenant, Technocracy of Auxo Subject: De Marco
Revenant, been a while.
I will make a separate record for the revised Agreement. This separate record will act as the primary, as the original is recorded on an old comms line. I appreciate you taking the time to remove an unnecessary line from the agreement.
Ah, yes. De Marco. They had approached us about their Jump Drive. Wanted us to inspect it, fix it. I imagine inviting an Outcast, especially one operating a capital ship, into Inverness set off your proximity alarms. For this, I apologize, a lapse in reasoning. We took the opportunity to learn more about Jump Drives, our teams failed to consider our neighbors' reaction to this.

Leon Vicci, Starfliers To: Revenant, Technocracy of Auxo Subject: Outside Contact
I'll be sure to instruct my teams to check in with members of the Technocracy before reaching out to others. If we do reach out to outside organizations, it will likely be with the other research stations, namely the ones within Cologne, Kepler and Cambridge.
I have some interests of further vitalising the TRV-Scylax - an experimental liner of ours as mentioned in the coordination relay with the Starfliers.
It is within my interests to push forward a project to minimize a jump drive system onto starbourne craft as small as fighters. I know no organisation much more interested in such endeavours other than Starfliers themselves. How would you feel about having some edge in your exploration?

Leon Vicci, Starfliers To: Revenant, Technocracy of Auxo Subject: Fighter-Sized Rift-Leaping Device
Having some form of advantage or edge, as you call it, with our exploration would definitely help. Though in my experience, these kind of devices are used only within capital-sized crafts. What you're describing sounds like fiction, though if it's within the realm of possibility, you have my attention.
