To add on to this.
The Core x Malta alliance was here for way longer than the vast majority of our modern-day server population. It's not a secret to anyone, it's just that nobody makes it that big of a deal for... reasons?
For anyone who's out of the loop, I suggest paying attention to this thread here. And again, it's one of the most "recent" developments in that area.
(The Core literally had a maltese donna as its guildmistress at one point)

Funny you say that, you should log the game sometime, because then you could clearly see Battlegroup Revenant joining Corsairs in all sort of actions across sirius against outcasts, coalition, kusari, bretonia and God knows what else. Core-OC alliance was a natural development in the omicrons to counter this.
I'm still wondering to this day why Order is supporting corsair armadas against Bretonia, very lore accurate and humankind protection-pilled.
I see you dont get point please look at event, description of the event, and what each faction need to do...

The issue preventing score and money being given out during the first day of the event has been corrected. The scoreboard has been updated, and the following ships received credit for their confirmed, valid kills on the first day of the event, as well as the bounty amounts deposited to their wallets:

I was literally pointing to the guy that probably wrote that script that he is not aware of what actually transpires in game about factions; can you get down your high horse and follow what im saying ?

Player decisions and actions do not, by themselves, reflect anything on the mod storyline. My Synth faction previously supplied Corsairs for a small time. They're still hostile as far as the story is concerned.

Well lets not argue because of the game lets play it and enjoy it
This is my honest opinion on this event. Take it as you will.
In my eyes this event is flawed for two reasons,
First reason being because Core are subjected to shoot both sides to stop each other from gaining the upper hand, as stated in the official event post.
Second, making it clear that both sides shouldn’t have been receiving help from non official allies, which means Order shouldn’t be helping Corsairs and Core shouldn’t be helping Outcasts that's the whole reason you have the Zoners pick a side.
However i will add this in, any faction that has the correct ZOI for this event should be able to intervene, for example Order can only show up to shoot both Core and Outcasts as thats Orders current enemies within their ZOI, if they got shot at by zoners for shooting the side they picked then so be it, this said for any other faction with the correct Zone of Influence.
Not specifying just causes chaos and the event goes sideways real fast, this also doesn’t exclude anyone because they have the ability to make an Indie character to join in on the event.

No one is being excluded as far as I am aware. Join with your character as you please. Just accept the consequences for you allegiances and don't be upset that Zoners start shooting at you if you stand in their way (and their temporary allies like OCs, which has been implied by the event: Zoners side with either Corsairs or Outcasts).

The only reference is an unconfirmed allegation in a single news article in Liberty. As far as I'm aware, there isn't a single Outcast or Core infocard actually describing the alleged cooperation.
I understand why it happens from a "DTR outnumber us" perspective, but the number of ships DTR has shouldn't influence the actual mod storyline.
It's also worth noting that the Order and Corsairs aren't allies either, and haven't been for a very long time.
Yeah I was referring to the article - doesn't it imply that there is a much larger cooperation if it leaks even into mainstream media in Liberty?
