Name: Hiroko Tomoyose Subject: Outcast siege of Atka, Rheinland aggression in Sigma-15, Corsair smuggling convoys
It is truly saddening to see Atka Research Station go down to the Outcast menace. The events that had transpired three years ago, which led to the station being damaged by Outcasts and their allies, the Gen'an Chrysanthemums, set an inevitable path for their reconquest. Yet Planet Kurile remains fortified from any hostile incursion, and we have assisted in the evacuation of important personnel and research information from the besieged station.
Despite this, not everything went without incident, as the Outcasts ramped up their aggression on our convoys, alongside sightings of Nomadic entities which were also repelled. Fortunately, our paramilitary managed to repel all such attacks with minimal casualties. The Blood Dragons have honorably aided our forces in combating these sniffers, in stark contrast to the Gen'an cell, who have sided with Malta with their Cardamine poison. Let this be a testament to the Gen'an for choosing the wrong side. The Cryer personnel that were evacuated are safe in Planet Honshu.
On another note, the Rheinlanders have been stepping up their antics on Sigma-15. They do not learn from their past mistakes centuries ago, and unless they relinquish their illegal claim of the system, we shall teach them a lesson. Kruger, on the one hand, has been trying to send in their security ships as a provocation, but time and time again, our paramilitary prevails, securing a highly classified cache of weapons.
Due to these unfortunate circumstances, as one of the newly-appointed commanders by Guildmaster Keiji Namura, I hereby designate these orders. First, a paramilitary wing shall be stationed stationed around Planet Kurile, to serve as defense against Outcast and Corsair intrusions, as well as eliminating Corsair convoys that are transiting to Kusari for their illegal Artifact business. Second, another wing shall be stationed near Helgoland Station led by me, with the goal of patrolling Sigma-15 and forcing out any Imperial Rheinland vessel from the system. Should they prove defiant, lethal force is hereby authorized. I shall expect the complete removal of the Corsairs and Outcasts within the Sigmas and unconditional expulsion of any Imperial asset from Sigma-15.
That will be all. Follow your given orders if you are assigned to it.

Dear fellow members of the Gas Miners Guild,
As some of you may be aware, in recent days a convoy callsign Gamma Sixteen was tasked with an extensive journey to Bretonian space to supply H-Fuel to an undisclosed location. I cannot reveal the details of this on an unencrypted channel, however rest assured that we were successful in it's operation. I would like to extend my thanks to all the guild members who participated to make this possible, and resulted in good profit for the guild and once again furthers our reputation within the Sirius sector.
In other news, during our time aboard Iejima Station I was made aware of the breakdown of production of H-Fuel after crews were left unsatisfied with the lack of Food, Oxygen and Water supplies being delayed yet again. I have took this into my own hands, to ensure H-Fuel production facilities are not left stalled for a prolonged period of time, and have succesfully impoted thousands of units of Food Supplied, Oxygen tanks and units of fresh Water. The H-Fuel production plant is now once again working at full speed, and will replenish the stock used as part of Convoy Gamma Sixteen.
I will continue to monitor the situation at Iejima for any further problems relating to production.

Dear Guild Masters,
Upon returning to Iejima, I am concerned to see the brave guild workers we assign to produce H-Fuel here are once again refusing to work due to unsatisfactory conditions on the station. This is a great cause for concern as I am sure you will agree, as this is our primary production facility for our product.
Using my ship, the Oridono Maru, and using my own personal funds to resolve this situation, I have seeked Water and Oxygen supplies from our nearby base of the Gas Miner Naha, and recieved two shipments of Food Rations from the Freeport in Sigma-15. The totals of the supplies imported are as follows:
5,300 Units of Water
5,400 Units of Oxygen
5,500 Units of Food Rations
The station's local supply facilities are full, therefore we are unable to deliver any more at this time, however the Oridono Maru still has a remaining surplus of:
1,000 Units of Water
1,400 Units of Oxygen
3,900 Units of Food Rations
We will keep the Oridono Maru moored at Iejima Station with these surplus supplies to ensure that there is enough for the next week of production, and that there are no further revolts by the workers of the station which will impede H-Fuel production.
