This event is a great idea and has been fun so far but one major issue: the mining rates were buffed, but not the refining rates. This is leaving a huge surplus of ore. Is this intended? If not, perhaps line up the refining and mining rates?
We're looking into stuff around this. But at the moment, everyone can build more pobs in the area and get refinin'. The question is whether that's worth the investment.

Unless there's about eight or nine more POBs built in the next four hours it isn't going to be enough, the refining rate on ore is way too slow to be practical to fulfill this kind of demand.

Well, these type of events would be centered around ores, so you can sort of imagine who would be involved around each one. I'm hoping there can be a regular rotation between the various mining zones.

From the next server restart we're going to be adding a new, experimental refining recipe. The Tier 3 recipe will additionally require Mining Machinery in an equal ratio to Industrial Materials.
This will have a considerably boosted consumption rate for the duration of the event. Based on feedback here, we'll make a decision on whether to introduce T3 recipes permanently and in what state.
Well, I bought 1200 silver bars from PoB yesterday and sold them at Cantenbury Station in New London. I didn't notice an increase in the price and I have a question about this, can you please have a list of stations where we will sell Silver bars at a higher price? Or was it perhaps a problem that I made my purchases using a transporter that had an IDF ID?
