The Hogosha will otherwise be affronted by this insult from their Allies. What you are doing is to demean the relationship between the Hogosha and Corsairs, something I'm sure neither faction wants, unless you can provide evidence of of how you decided to make a judgement in this matter please? Please post all evidence of your consultations here for the sake of transparency in this matter,
Your initial answer "The Corsairs are incredibly stingy with their ships, combat ships especially" seems somewhat glib.
Thanks in advance for a robust and reasoned response from you.
Have you tried to RP btw?
Thank You Sally, please let Wildkins respond so that the conversation is clear.

SHI 1800 Raba Hogosha Frigate Wrote:The Raba transport started life as a failed Corsair warship design. Initially produced as a prototype to phase out the venerable M26, it was too large and slow moving even for the Corsairs. To avoid the loss of all the invested credits, The Corsair Council contacted friendly groups and offered the prototype and the design copies for sale. The Hogosha were the only interested group, and the project went to them. Corsair engineers stripped the prototype of all its high tech equipment and installed a Samura power core provided by the Hogosha. The final result provides greatly enhanced cargo hold, crew amenities and grace of movement. Samura was not willing to build further numbers in their own shipyards to avoid more internal and external diplomatic complications so The Farmer's Alliance offered to produce the Raba at their shipyards at Cape Soya Station, in exchange for the permission to build a number for their own purposes. Today, the Raba is active among both the Hogosha and Farmer's Alliance fleets.
The Raba is a Corsair hand-me-down. The rest of their ships are not.
Personally dunno why "Auxesia" should get access to Rheinland or Gallic specially the "Engines" that for long time has been locked on only factions in Gallia, not others ... (since you needed to make the Blackmarket ones for such) ...
Dunno the "Coherence" in this change since according your own "words" there must be something that implies earning such access, like activity and roleplay, and no, they haven't done such ...

May the ‘L1ght’ grant you wisdom my "Dear", Rules are there to teach, not to preach. Don’t enforce them like a tyrant’s whim, Especially when they’re as baseless as a beach. May the ‘Wildkins’ enlighten you, my ‘Esteemed’, Symbols are there to signify, not to vilify. Don’t enforce them like a detective who’s a decade late, especially when they’re as timeless as fate.

Tenshi the Technocracy of Auxo is not considered unlawful by both of these houses and they have prior roleplay with both.

We had the cell before the changes but for some reason it was inverted. We have a tonne of stuff from BDM, GNI, and some from EFL before the Lemonocracy.
As for the engines, not sure how that's relevant when people get exactly the same in the form of blackmarket. Makes no difference.
i'm still confused as to why the gallic engines still have their own techcell to begin with, since the engines are nothing more than cosmetic items anyway (at least as far as everything gunboat and below is concerned)

Hey, I've been meaning to ask; why do the 3 (or at least Kusari and Rheinland) Wild groups not have access to Sirius Civilian techcell? It severely limits what we can do in terms of using liners for example and it also leaves us out of quite a few shippies. Don't take this as some grand suggestion though, the ID is more or less perfect as is.

Are you basing that off of the techcompat table? There's a bug with universally granted techcells (Sirius Civilian being one of them) that they show up as red when, in reality, everything except Nomads and pure-Gallic factions get access to them.
