Good day!
My name is Jaina Wheeler and I represent Bristol Construction & Manufacturing. More specifically I am currently speaking to you on behalf of the Mississauga Station company. We're mostly operating in the Independent Worlds with our headquarters in Bering.
I'd like to be put in touch with one of your business sales executives about a possible order of various Optronics and Arrays to Liberty. Now we don't quite know if Kishiro offers delivery or merely manufacturing for these products but either will work for us. Now there is a little issue with the delivery location. Mississauga Station is within the Ontario system which is marked as "Do Not Travel" by Interspace Commerce. As such we'd not expect your ships to enter the system at all and would offer an alternative shipping destination or container drop off.
I can have our engineering team send the exact specifications for the Optronics over immediately. We've currently cleared a storage space of 10,000 SCUs on Mississauga Station with the same space ear marked on Cleveland Station within Pennsylvania(Marked Exercise Normal Precautions by Interspace).
I look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you and good bye!

My name is Emily Furukawa, I'm CEO of Ionic Incorporated, a subsidiary of Kishiro Technologies, based out of our facilities in Shikoku. My company focuses on academics, research, and high technology manufacturing primarily, but that doesn't mean we'll leave a good logistics contract hanging, especially when it involves our products. We're happy to make acquaintance with a relatively fresh face in the business landscape of Sirius.
Let's go through the options here. We can offer delivery to Ontario, if necessary. Like you said, this involves a significant security fee, to cover our insurance and to cover our escorts - anything we send into that place will be armed and guarded. It's a relatively short trip, but would be expensive for the distance.
Your second option, delivery to Pennsylvania, is one I would not recommend. Although it's cheaper for insurance, it's a lot longer. I can ask the accountants for details, but I suspect it wouldn't actually be much cheaper than direct delivery, if at all.
The third option is the easiest for us: You pick up the electronics at Ionic Labs directly. Our installation is right by the gate to Galileo, so it would save you a lot of time if the alternative is Shinagawa, and obviously it would be far cheaper than engaging our fairly limited logistics fleet. You already have the intel on Ontario, maybe you have arrangements with the locals, all those things we would be lacking. If that works for you, we can prepare to manufacture the required shipment, pending details of the exact specifications of the optronics you need.
Of course, the first two options can also be arranged, they would just be more trouble to organize and a lot more expensive.

Good day!
Many thanks for the prompt response! We've gone over the options and if the installation is indeed this close to our Operations we can send a ship for pickup. We've checked which ships are available and the BCV South Louisiana, a large cargo train could pick up all required optronics. I would need a quote of course to forward to the project manager responsible.
How quickly would you be able to prepare these? That'd be also good information to forward as we're in the last steps for the current phase at Mississauga.
Thank you and good bye!

I'm glad that works out for you. Production of the desired quantity should already have concluded, and the product should be packaged and ready for shipping from Ionic Laboratories, if a price of 40 c/u sounds attractive to you. I also encourage you to visit our main page - I've already handled access for your ships, but it might be good for both of our administrations to have a formal registration entry, if you don't mind.
