Mrs. Hauber,
On behalf of The Core, I am requesting that our ships be allowed to enter the territory of the House of Rheinland, or traverse it, with Azurite Gas obtained from Omicron Minor and with Xeno Relics excavated from the ruins on Planet Knossos, Omicron Pi. The Core has overtaken major steps in recent times to realign itself with the policies of The Great Houses and our cooperation with The House of Rheinland speaks for itself, if not least that with the Rheinland Intelligence Services.
Callsign of the ship(s) or identification tag: The Core
Name of the captain of the ship or organization´s responsible person: N/A
Ship/organization´s ID papers and IFF code: The Core
Cargo which you want to transport, its origin and target destination: Azurite Gas from Sigmas to Liberty or to Rheinland installations as required; Xeno Relics from Sigmas to Liberty or to Rheinland installations as required.
Reasons why this license is needed/requested, and why this request is beneficial for Rheinland: The Core stands ready to assist The House of Rheinland with any materials requested that we have access to; The Core works to assist the Houses by providing valuable rare Omicronian resouces.
We are pleased to see that you and the Core are willing to re-open a previously beneficial relationship with Rheinland. However, as you have stated that you plan to operate within House policies, the Ministries of Economic Development and the Interior have required a modification to your proposal.
Instead of transporting your requested cargo all the way through Rheinland, you will offload it onto a Rheinwehr-controlled intake point, from where it will be shipped out in the hulls of Rheinland corporations. The installation is currently located in New Berlin, Sector D6, bearing the name "Handelsdepot".
If you agree to this proposal, your request to transport the following cargo in Rheinland is conditionally:
Azurite Gas: approved.
Xeno Relics: approved.
Please feel free to reach out about any clarifications regarding this counter-proposal. Frau Schulze also recommends that you get in contact with the Rheinland Military, Daumann, Kruger, or RGS to establish favourable contracts for the shipment of these materials.
Callsign of the ship(s) or identification tag:
Koepchen.
Name of the captain of the ship or organization´s responsible person:
Hans Meier
Ship/organization´s ID papers and IFF code:
ALG Waste Disposal
Cargo which you want to transport, its origin and target destination:
Permission to haul any supplies to modular installations within Rheinland and its borders according to §3.2.8.
Permission to mine toxic waste with any vessel class & transport it according to §3.3.1.
Permission to haul military salvage according to §3.1.1.
Permission to import military salvage at the Koepchen Depot according to §7.7.
Reasons why this license is needed/requested, and why this request is beneficial for Rheinland:
The initial Koepchen Depot purpose was to oversee the Karlsruhe cleanup site. This purpose already got approved.
The Karlsruhe cleanup site is now located in Stuttgart and the crew of the Koepchen Depot like to continue the cleanup,
while using advanced machinery like the Edison AM-333 "Hegemon" Civilian Asteroid Miner.
We also have a remote installation in Cologne to cleanup the Tholey remains.
Rheinland would benefit from this request as we would be able to continue the cleanup operations.
We can continue offering reasonable alloy and mox prices, if we would be able to supply our the installations with scrap and toxic waste.
We have supply contracts with installations in Rheinland, Zurich, Gallia and the Omegas.
It would also be beneficial to our Rheinland workers, if we can supply our installations with food, water and oxygen, so they don't starve nor die due suffocation...
I am reaching out to you for a license request. I am running a Bristol company called Akutan Productions and we would purchase exotic materials for some of our products from Rheinland. We've found no other way to source these. We've been a long standing business partner of Rheinland in Bering and already hold various licenses for equipment and shipping.

Bristol Constructions & Manufacturing
Cargo which you want to transport, its origin and target destination:
Azurite Gas - From the Core in Omicron Delta
Xeno Relics - From the Core in Omicron Delta
Reasons why this license is needed/requested, and why this request is beneficial for Rheinland:
We need to occasionally move some of the cargo ourselves to expedite production. The benefit for Rheinland would lie in our increased lane usage.

Vice President,
Ageira Innovations
due to a recent re-organization of Rheinland Law, a large part of your request is redundant, as it does not contravene latest regulations. However, the request to operate any vessel under §3.3.1 remains valid. Unfortunately, the Ministry of the Interior has not received enough evidence regarding the safe operation of additional disposal vessels under your organization. Therefore, your request is denied.
The Ministry of Economic Development has not received sufficient evidence about the benefits of this proposal for Rheinland over and above what is achievable without contravening existing regulations. Therefore, you request to transport the following cargo in Rheinland is:
Azurite Gas: denied.
Xeno Relics: denied.
Frau Schulze recommends that you contact the representatives of Rheinland Corporations to fulfill your production quotas.

ALG Waste Disposal
Cargo which you want to transport, its origin and target destination:
Permission to collect toxic waste with a mid-size mining ship & transport it according to §3.3.1. to the Koepchen Depot.
(after its relocation to the Stuttgart system)
Permission to collect toxic waste with a "Hegemon" Civilian Asteroid Miner & transport it according to §3.3.1. to the Koepchen Depot.
(after its relocation to the Stuttgart system)
Reasons why this license is needed/requested, and why this request is beneficial for Rheinland:
The Karlsruhe cleanup site is now located in Stuttgart and the crew of the Koepchen Depot like to continue the cleanup.
Currently we are limited to smaller ships and the HWDU-430 "Golem" ALG Heavy Mover.
While the Golem is a excellent choice for a simple transport job, we need a greater diversity of tools regarding the toxic waste removal.
The fighter crafts, as well as the greater wrecks of the Karlsruhe and Heilbronn, have military grade hulls. These hulls require cutting lasers with ... more oomph. I have to remind you, that we need to remove active reactors from multiple wreck. And while a Kaiser (or any other mid-sized mining ship) is suitable to remove the smaller ships, we'd like to use advanced machinery like the Edison AM-333 "Hegemon" Civilian Asteroid Miner for the bigger chunks.
As Herr Schneider from the Registrierungsbüro already determined:
(07-10-2024, 12:40 PM)Dieter Schneider, Registrierungsbüro Wrote: It would be beneficial for Rheinland for the clean-up operations to continue, until such time that the contamination is reduced to acceptable levels.
The ships would only be needed for the collection and safe transportation to the Koepchen Depot. Any further transportation (e.g. to Wichter Station) will be, of course, handled with a Golem.
(We tried this procedure already with the toxic waste debris field in Cologne and due to the short transport route to the Depot we kept the risk as low as possible.)
the additional information provided in your newest request has satisfied the ministers involved in deciding your case. While the industrial clean-up at the Karlsruhe site remains a high priority, it must still be conducted within reasonable safety parameters, which you have demonstrated. Therefore, your request to operate the Hegemon and Kaiser vessels in order to transport local toxic waste to Koepchen Depot is approved.
