When such massive HP drops happen, it's usually down to two things; server-side issues, which fall under announcements, or a siege. In your case, the base came under siege by the Rheinland Authorities, more specifically the Police factions. I will ping the person in question in the RM Discord to bring you up to speed on what happened.

Post/message is about Mcboyles Schrottplatz.

Over the weekend, the base went from over 10 million hit points down to 4 million hit points.

Now, despite the fact it has even more supplies delivered it now has less than a million.

There was an announcement of a Rheinland siege of this base due to regulatory
non-compliance/non-payment a few days ago.

The base is almost certainly under siege. that's really the only way a base loses that many hit points so fast.
