Vice... Admiral... Uhmen? Captain Samantha Brown? It's... me? Hello. Ugh. You probably have a lot of questions regarding this transmission but... the Detroit Munitions thing... didn't really work. Not, ugh, not exactly my type of thing. I left. A while ago. Couldn't really do it anymore.
I did... kind of... miss my position there. Sure it had it's ups and downs but thinking back it was a good job. The environment was also... second to none.
So... I've been thinking... Will it be too much to ask to return? Is it... difficult to do? I... I don't really want to live the rest of my life as a security officer on some whatever transporting organization, it... it's not the life I envisioned for myself. Sorry... I understand this is probably informal as hell and all but... I really want this chance, please. I won't mess up again, I promise.

Good evening,
Captain Samantha Brown has bestowed upon me the responsibility of responding to this transmission. I assume my name or face don't seem familiar, seeing how I am the one who took over communications aboard the A-0 after your transference to Detroit Munitions three years ago.
I'm Ensign Ashley Graham, Comms Specialist aboard the Akhetaten. Many things have changed since you left, and I assume you've got many questions. The Captain - now the executive officer of the warship - has notified the above chain of command regarding your transmission, and I've been made aware that the gears are already moving regarding the subject of your return to the Forty-Sixth and the Akhetaten. I don't suppose it'll be too lengthy a procedure, but it should give you enough time to re-familiarize yourself with the things you might have forgotten during your time away - three years are not a short amount of time.
You're at luck, seeing how the A-0 is currently undergoing maintenance procedures at Norfolk Shipyard. It'll be our pleasure to have you aboard the warship for further discussions, as well as getting a look at just how much has changed since you've left.

I've... just received word; Vice Admiral Maria Uhmen - flag officer of Task Force Akhetaten - wishes for your presence in her quarters aboard the A-0 the soonest you can. Not to jinx it, but she sounded overly happy at the mention of your name. I think it's a safe bet to assume she'll welcome you back to the Navy with open arms.
See you aboard the A-0, Lieutenant Commander, ma'am.
