I have to ask this, as the 1IC of a faction whom is heavily reliant on such snubcraft to engage in anti-capital shipping warfare against say, the Akhetaten, or the masses of the Onest, or some random Indie, and the same goes with TFP which I am a member of - Bombers seem to feel much, much weaker in recent times and It honestly begs the question as to whether they are effective in even 1v1 or even 2v1 situations where the opposing force against a capital of anything larger than a GB struggles to take down the capital just on pure damage output alone, especially now that hellfires are subject to the same reloading mechanic as other missiles, which need I add, we've no high agility missiles now to deal with light fighters, the best we have is Firestalkers and Sidewinders, which feel so similar save the latter's lack of shield damage that they might as well be interchangable.
This brings me back to my point - When do we expect to see some sort of love for bombers and the sort that makes them less than useless?
I honestly don't know how forcing prims use only on snubs isn't more silly and one dimensional than having both prims and flaks viable against snubs and prims also usable against caps. Spoiler alert: nobody was using full flak setup unless counting a very specific scenario ,most if not all cruiser setups consisted of at least 1 to 2 prims until now.
And I also hope you do take some feedback from the BS mains too, the amount of them who gave up playing is disheartening.
It's not just cap guns, almost all guns now feel like we're shooting nerf darts around.
Which makes for nice cinematic battles but also makes for a very boring experience of the ship that can avoid most shots while having the most shield regen win 99.9% of the time.
There's very few ways to deal big alpha damage now.

I am fairly sure that as of this right now bombers are in a great spot. I don't think we should make more changes until we see them in larger scale fights. Neutralizers and Scorchers are awesome, weapons like SNACs and ASMFDs (especially the latter given their anti-snub usefulness) are now very respectable hullbusters against capitals, Bombers have vastly more powercore recharge under pressure than before, Bomber shield boosts are longer.. It's hard to imagine that with all that they're going to underperform. If anything, based on testing where bombers often outdamaged fighters against capitals ship by a 2:1 ratio or more, I'd be worried they're overtuned.

They're not exactly impressive, are they?
At a glance, they're not, but do remember that flaks are better at deshielding (especially against clumps of snubs) than prims. Prims are hullbusters. I am however not nearly as interested in anti-NPC performance (against NPCs the changes are a strict nerf as they do not dodge anywhere near as well as players) as I am in seeing their performance against high level snub players.

Finishing off squishy components with prims is still very much a thing, and cruiser prims are the only thing that'll hit a competent gunboat past about 900 meters. Flaks are very much one of your two anti-snub tools, with their secondary function being gunboat deshielding in a pinch and obviously missile defense.

can we do something about that?
as a bonus: my game crashed after being destroyed ...
I can’t see this happening unless you physically did not use your shield batteries for, some reason, or were already damaged.
Do you have a recording of the fight? Did you massively desync?

started a fight with knf guy, got half shield down, then boom, I was gone 96% damage done by a longhorn orbital spa near us at gate
the guy confirmed on discord , from his point of view and mine it only took 0.5 seconds

Well, actually, I mine 3-4 times faster in an Arrastra, so I dearly hope they leave pockets of old mining on the map. Anybody know if there is a pocket of old gold ore asteroids in Dublin?

Old mining is supported by fields like Copper, Silver etc if you want to invest your time in that.
Generally only a few people don't like the new mining, and its overall more profitable because of the tuning it has. Most of all it's better to approach solo. Gold, Platinum and Deuterium are all new mining system and will not have old bits of the field around it.
If you somehow mine 3x slower in the new mining system then there is something wrong with what you are doing, but also bare in mind that this system is supposed to make mining a little longer but the HRC base price increased with that making it more valuable.
