For me outcasts can worship nomads like that no problem... but then there are those alliance consequences.
The boss (moriarty) says that Lane Hackers don't like nomads and try to protect people of liberty from them (heard about the device to find nomad under your bed?) - while they want to enlighten liberty with cardamine.
Blood Dragons obviously don't like them as well....and it's funny how that alliance is "quite strong" when outcasts are getting BD ships or BDs are getting infernos/krakens... and "not that strong" when BDs should object about nomads.
I don't really know what hessians think...
Igiss says: Martin, you give them a finger, they bite off your arm.
Chopper, Chopper, Chopper... I am the hacker of which Eppy speaks of and there's a damned good reson for me to have that ID. That ID tells people that i am not an outcast, and that i do not worship the nomads, instead i take a logical and objective view to the work i'm suposed to be doing instead of simply submiting to the will of the K'hara.
To elaborate on the ID itself: I'm more of an independant hacker who went up to the Omicrons with the hopes of furthering my own aspirations and agenda. I'm loyal to the outcasts because they offer sanctuary, and a most prominent position of which i can ply my trade, and the 101'st has also been so kind as to offer me a position of power within the scientific community.
I do hope that explains things more clearly, Chopper.
It does, but your 'indie' dealings can't speak for official stance of the Hackers, can it now?
And that was something that Eppy implied, if I'm not mistaken.

My dealing are my own, my character doesn't answer to the hackers and i can't see why they would want to make deals with a deviant like Jameson anyway.
The hacker tag is there to show that i am not an outcast, thus meaning that i won't worshipm or blindly follow, the K'hara.
Really, Chopper, you needn't worry about me acting as a "voice" of the hackers up in Omicron alpha, that was never my intention nor does it spark my fancy.
Point is.. Eppy tried to use you to show us that Hackers don't mind the Nomads.
Quote:Also, the BD are not allies proper of the Outcasts, we like them to keep their distance, thankee...the Hackers are scientists, and indeed, our Spirit Relations Officer is a Hacker. The Hessians are going to try and throw us the minute the Corsairs get routed anyways, why should we care?
And that's why I responded as I did. You had no part of it, so I wasn't referring to you.

The whole idea of a human faction being allied/friendly or even neutral with nomads is ridiculous from my point of view. The nomads hate each and every human in Sirius.
Cardmine? If the nomads really want it that bad they will more likely take it by force rather than receiving it as a friendly gift.
Outcasts worship the nomads? Very unlikely and I don't see any logic at all but even if this true I can only see that the other pirate groups will slowly cut all diplomatic relations with the outcasts. Actually, I can imagine that sooner or later the outcasts are betrayed by the nomads when they let them too close and get infested, creating new 'wild' faction... giving the nomads a great boost of military power allowing them to push more against the human colonies in their second attempt to reclaim Sirius.
P.S. Its not fun while fighting a Keeper to get attacked by an outcast from behind and then being chased by both of them flying side by side as they were from the same squadron.
