Hmpfh... I expected some reasonings after I finally decided to post my questions about I tought what is really important... Liberty has still too large area of influence, but forget it, it's not impotant after all... there is a much more important thing: The following sentences are not about politics but free people. So, as I see your comment about a war between Rheinland and Liberty: Rheinland would be the bad-boy again and Liberty is the land of freedom and justice (I only remember the military control in the original story, but that's only a single spot)... this is very boring, not enough germans lost two worldwars, but they still have to pay for the crimes of a small pack of politicians and military officers... Look at the Gottkanzler, disgusting... If I'm wrong about Rheinland's role in the war you were talking about, tell me please, I'm not a german, but I think the persecution needs to be put to and end once and for all...
don't take ww2 in space away form these people. you might hurt their feelings....
Quote:Yes, we disconnected Humboldt to bring more life into Mackenzie and provide non-Guard access to Humboldt.
That's great. Humboldt is really a dead zone now. This could be good for Rogues and intriguing for Smugglers! As well as the potential back route through Saar And Mackenzie from Rheinland to Liberty.
I'm hoping some of the new systems will have some interesting star combinations. They make for prettier travels.
Quote:Pennsylvania is fully populated and has a number of bases, both lawful and unlawful. It also has one settled planet - Erie, connected with trade lanes to the New York Jump Gate.
Neat. Now I can say I'm going home without having to stop playing.
The Gallian systems look a bit isolated to me. I mean since this is going to be a fifth lawful house, shouldn't their border worlds connect to other House systems (like Magellan connects Liberty and Rheinland for example?)
No longer active online due to a dwindling amount of non-PvP (trading, pirating, mining, etc.) fun in the new version.

I already posted there that Liberty is the aggressive side... what else do you require?
Rheinland is in defensive position right now. And there won't be the kind of full-scale war between Rheinland and Liberty as it is between Bretonia and Kusari.
My apologies for the misunderstanding... I guess this would be a guerilla war on both sides, perhaps Liberty wants nomad technology as usual...
And about the gallian unlawfuls... what kind of faction would you really like to create, or alredy working on that... I mean they are unlawfuls for political reasons or for simple outlaw factons? Or both, if yes, what kinds of factions would be these... It wouldn't hurt the surprise, but we could plan our roleplay a bit what to except...
If not, we would be still happy to hear even only a few rumors :)

Well, apart from the Council that is already described in Q&A, there will be one more political-oriented faction allied with the Council, and two pirate factions.
I will provide more details in a week or two from now, better descriptions need to be prepared. Until then, I'll be silent.
There is a new system called Ellesmere. Yet, we already have a planet named Ellesmere in Coronado, and the only salient feature in Baffin is called the "Ellesmere Ice Cloud".
