Tenacity, Maybe it is time to take a break. My LSF char was made about the same time and I got tired of:

Law, What law?
What Embargo?
Why should I stop for you?
You don't know the rules!!!!!

I was about ready to just *Scan*, Contraban? *Yes* Screenshot *Open fire* and that was the in Liberty systems. Thats why I had to go to a differant char for awhile. You have just one system to guard?

People make up excuses like that because they've been caught doing something they know is illegal in-RP. If you get 'fed up' with it and give up... well, that doesnt say much for personal integrity. Just keep an iron fist, ignore their pathetic cries when they realize they've been caught, and light your cigars on the smoldering hulk of what used to be their ship.

Also, is Alaska considered to be a guard system or a system that would get the same privileges as a guard system?

It isnt, but I really, honestly think that alaska should have been the LSF guard system, or the Liberty navy guard system. It would solve a lot of issues there.

Another option is to simply include somewhere in the official server rules next to the guard system comment "Alaska, for the purposes of pvp rules, is considered a guard system owned by both the =LSF= and [LN]

I dont disagree, Alaska should be a no-go zone with Guard patrols and Guard gun turrets placed at the entrance of Alaska as stong as the ones in Vespucci.

This I disagree with. The Order does use alaska, and putting guard NPC's there will make that difficult. In 4.85, alaska is linking to both omicron minor and another new system (which in turn links to the independent systems galileo/kepler between liberty and kusari) - this allows the order to get into that area of space without having to directly fly through one or more houses which are hostile to us. I'd be fine with putting lots of guard weapons platforms, turrets, and NPC's right around the alaska/NY jump gate, but not in the rest of the system.

In gamma? not really, unless you're acting completely OORP. If you start attacking other corsairs, or spout out things in system chat that convince everyone else you're a traitor or not a true corsair, then you might have problems.

If you go into an owned corsair guard system, however (not sure which one is theirs, or if it's been purchased yet), the owning faction and anyone they give authorization to is able to blast you for no reason.

Ok, thanks. All I was doing was helping a new Corsair out with a mission, and I saw a [Core] player, so I headed over to help kill him, but then their group got pissed off and were shooting me and saying I had to eave for like no reason (or if there was a reason, they wouldn't tell me). After the fight the leader (I think his account name on forums is Mule, he's the leader of OPG anyways) was saying stuff like "you gotta leave Gamma for 5 hours because you disobeyed orders from a leader blah blah blah". I hate when people give themselves authority they don't have in the 1st place.

To address this, The Brotherhood and OPG were finishing up a battle with Core. There was only on Core bomber left, with 6 of us against him. Gentle and I had infact stopped engaging at that point. When here comes hellfire in his Toolbox firing away. We asked him to pull back several times, which we had done with other Capitals coming into engage. Hellfire would not back off, so he was engaged. We are trying to have fun, and most importantly, fair fights in Gamma and when the odds are already six to one, you dont come in with a GB.

Listen Zelot. I don't care if you're 6v1. This is an RP server; not PvP. How RP is it if I can't kill a dangerous enemy in my home system? Not to mention that neither TBH nor OPG own Gamma. Anyways, I'm not going to argue about this anymore, since I only started this to make sure of something: you cannot give yourself rights just because you think you're higher and mightier than others.

I was a guy that was with Tenacity in Omicron 100. A zoner in 100 you say? I am trusted, ask almost any Bs| i am trusted. I saw him also, I assist order with nomads, and people that are infected with nomads, so i ussualy hang around minor. The camera ship zoomed by me and im slower tahn everyone because i dont have a thruster, since aki launched a disruptor at him and it missed, i also launched one and it also missed... ALL faction gaurd systems are offlimits to everyone but that faction. This includes little dinky newbies heading through order gaurd space.
