I would like to ask for a permission to serve the Emperor with one of your great Destroyers.
As it has to be for a loyal servant of the Emperor and his honorable Naval Forces i ask for an oficial
registration of the Destroyer KNF-Kashiwa.
I command the ship by my self and guarantee that me and my crew will always act according to the Kusari Legal Codex.

We see our mayor task in securing the trade routes to ensure the safety of our traders and guarantee independence and strength of the Empire. Another task is to support the work of the [KNF] against smugglers and pirates who violate the Legal Codex, which is the basis of the wealth and power of the entire Empire.

We insure you our deepest loyality and express our will to obey the Emperors and also your commands at all times.

KNF-Kashiwa's History

Commander Yūryaku was inside the Kashiwa Captain's room, drinking some sake and reading some reports while comms panel started to speech.

<< Yūryaku Sensei, we just received an high priority order from the High Command. It will be available from your workstation as soon it is decrypted. >>

<< Very well! >> replied Yūryaku, while using his interface to fetch the database. He start reading...

...To: Commander Yūryaku, Naval Destroyer "Kashiwa"

By the Naval Forces Admiralty orders, the Destroyer "Kashiwa" is hereby requested to set the course for Yukawa Shipyards, Honshu.
Where she will be submitted to an accurate inspection both regarding structural hardpoints and crew, including the commanding officer.

Until further notice from the High Command, this vessel do not have the authority to leave the dry docks.

Any attempt to refuse this order will be accounted like high treason and shall be dealt with accordingly.

Without loosing much time, Yūryaku hit the comms panel.

<< Yūryaku to command bridge, make a sensors sweep around the ship and report! >>

<< Hai! No notable contacts Sensei, only usual in and out traffic, nothing in sight >> replied a zelant voice.

<< Good, set the course for Yukawa Shipyards...and prepare the ship for an inspection!... >>

Some time later the Kashiwa was entering Yukawa Shipyards dry docks.

By the end of the inspection, the Kashiwa was almost turned upside down like a pair of socks.
Some of the crew was transferred to other duties, replaced or confirmed in place again.
Nothing unusual most of the times but Yūryaku knew something was going on...one of his command officers was still missing.
Yūryaku was waiting Taishō Sulu inside the Imperial Gardens, eager to discover what happened, they had an appointment.

<< Sensei... >> said a voice from backwards.

<< Come...loyal warrior, walk with me for a while... >>

The two walked for some minutes inside one of Kusari's most beautiful places.
Yūryaku was listening carefully to Sulu's words and was very surprised to learn that one of his most loyal officers, one with a long career and within the Kashiwa's command team, was a Blood Dragon saboteur that managed to escape while the ship was returning inside Kusari space.

By order of the Kusari Naval Admiralty you are hereby asked to bring the Nagato back to Yokohama Shipyards, where you be will taken into custody in order to answer some of the recent actions your ship have committed.

When Yūryaku Sensei returned from Yukawa Shipyard to the Nagasaki, his loyal Colonel already waited for him prying.

"Yūryaku Sensei, how was the inspection? Any suprising results, Sir?"

"Indeed ... i still can't believe it..."

"What happened Sir, we haven't heard anything yet!" the Colonel said excited.

"You won't believe it, Colonel... one of our most loyal officers, Kashikawa, was a Blood Dragon Saboteur... i can't believe myself yet."

"What? That's impossible! He was responsible for the Torpedo Launchers, wasn't he? How much damages he could have dealt to us ..."

"I need to send a new message to the High Command again, this is a punch in the face for us and our ship..."

Yūryaku Sensei walked into his office onboard the Nagasaki and opened his secure communication panel.

Konnichiwa,

allthough we talked in the Imperial Gardens, were I already expressed my deep regret and
disappointmet refering this honorless Blood Dragon coward, i'd like to underline my and my crews loyality
to the Emperor and apologise again, that I didn't noticed this traitor at once.

Furthermore i'd like to thank the High Command for helping us to set up a proper and loyal crew for
the KNF-Kashiwa.

Greetings, Admiral Sulu.

While on patrol in Kyushu this evening, I was informed by a Kishiro vessel of an unlicensed trader carrying plutonium towards the Taus. The Kishiro Captain directed this trader to me for a License to export sensitive materials from Kusari.

I met the vessel "Zul" at Planet Kyushu, and explained the terms and conditions of the Export License. Her Captain was very anxious to comply with the Codex, and transferred the sum of 50 Million credits to my vessel for an Independent License.

I hereby request that this polite and honorable Captain and his vessel, the Zul, be added to our list of Export License holders without delay. I was very impressed by the Captain's willingness to abide by our laws, and to assist us in our trading efforts.

Please extend all courtesy and assistance to vessel Zul while in Kusari space.

Honourable Tasho Sulu,

I?m the captain of the ship Nostromo, our bussines bring us regularly to your marvellous space. After reading carefully your Legal Codex, me and my tripulation have decided to ask for all the Kusari licenses.

In fact, our trade routes dont bring us to Tau systems (untill today) and we never visited or made bussines in Hiroshima system. But like zoners, we prefer to pay those licenses and will no have problems in a future.
