I am not sure that you will need a full guard IFF but just a full guard rep which isn't that bad to get.

Powerplants are being changed, purchasing the same ship in the next mod build for the better powerplant will get you auto banned by FLHook as it does now. Half of you working to get full guard rep on your caps might be wasting your time.
