Well thats just wonderful someone else messes up greatly and all of us get punished and i dont even actively smuggle anyway because its to much of a hassle for my crew.
Some troubling reports im getting from my robot servant carla.jones and a report from suggest that there are at times bounty hunters that camp yanagi waiting to kill pirates. I for one hate this and suggest we or get someone else to place bountys on any hunter foolish enough to get that close to the base and ignore the no fire zone law. I can supply the cash if needed. It may cause some trouble for junkers so i suggest getting a third party to do it.
Was this allready being discussed? Tinkerbell stated that there would be a more secure transmission regarding this about 6 days ago and i wasnt told anything. Its not good to be left out of the loop my friends.
Reminder: Carla.Jones is a robot and works for me if you see her and you need to tell me something just tell her and it will be passed on to me.

Ive had enough of disco for now. I might be back at the next mod release.
Currently I have some of that equipment back at Kreuzberg if you are still looking for them. Particularly the Paralyzer missile, though I am sure I could scrape up some others if your collector is still in need.

Kreuzberg Adjudicator *transmission ends*
Still waiting final completion of the secure network. I will activate a temporary version shortly if I don't hear back in the next day and then we will discuss several issues.
Congress policy for those caught smuggling by house authorities is that they promptly pay the house fine. Additional action will be taken by the Congress in future.

Brothers. I must report that Yanagi has been attacked yet again. I was en route to Yanagi to complete a monetary transfer when I noticed several Ranger vessels circling the station with debris and junker pilots everywhere. I tried to hail them, but I barely got out one line of transmission before a Battleship knocked me into next week.
This is only a temporary setback however. There are powers in this world greater than all of us and they have seen to it that the Ranger clan does not exist anymore. The worst offenders have even been expelled from Sirius. More details to follow.
Disturbing Reports I have for you, the Corsair Clan TBH have broken the 5k yanagi no fire zone yesterday, and today I came across Yanagi stalked with Multiple -Ranger- Bounty Hunter Ships who in turn in engaged me within the 5k no fire zone. The Aggressors were destroyed
But at the cost of many Crews lives aboard the DIABLO, which sustained Heavy Damage. Junker Medics were on hand to help our wounded which we thank you for. But do not take the death of RaVeN Pilots in Vain, we live to die in battle and as per our arrangement we will help defend yanagi at all costs when necessary Or called upon.
The RaVeN Capital ship Diablo has depleted all funds to the cost of spare parts and require some financial aid to help pay for Major Structural Repairs.

Brothers,
the BHG continues to be a problem. There is a bounty hunter called DimSSS who refuses be believe no matter how many times he is told that Junkers are not pirates. He also has a great lust for violence. He flew into Sigma 13 today in a gunship attacking small CSV's in violation of the no fire zone and taunting us with the Junker pilots he held in his hold, clearly looking for a fight. He was ordered by the Captain of the Caveat Emperor to turn over the pilots and when he refused he was engaged. He was pursued into New Berlin where the Junker pilots were reclaimed unharmed after the destruction of his gunship. He wanted a fight and got a little more that he bargained for. Be on your guard lads, with the gunship destroyed, I suspect he will return with a battleship.

Captain Bishop,
Yanagi has fallen under attack again and I'm afraid your skill is required. A rogue Corsair ID'd Cruiser with Corsair IFF attacked without warning or provocation. The name of the vessel is "EL KRACKEN" (that's right, a corsair named el kracken) He later stated that Yanagi space was "his space" I must sadly admit that I was not able to defeat him in my gunboat.
To all members of the Junker Congress. This vessel has declared open hostilities to the Junker Congress and should be considered very dangerous. It should also be considered KOS in Yanagi space.

Captain Crow;
My sympathies for the loss of your vessel. I hope you are unhurt and that your crew found their escape pods in time. I will seek out this rogue Corsair and exact Junker retribution -- that station is ours; it is far more than a staging point for a few privateers. It's a trade hub, a colony, and an anchor point for Junkers that has been paid for in credits and blood.
I've heard he's run afoul of the wrong people already and paid a dire price, but I'll see if I can tear a piece off what's left of him. The example must be set.
--
Junkers;
The Caveat Emptor's recent yard time in Puerto Rico brought all systems back to optimal parameters. While nanotech armor and structural repair systems do a fine job of patching the ship on the fly, they don't fix fuel lines or internal systems.
Systems damaged and repaired:
- Starboard engine had to be taken offline for the journey, due to fuel containment failure.
- Environment control sensors were damaged, causing hazardous fluctuations in air pressure and oxygen content.
- Minor damage to the power core shielding. No radiation leaks detected.
We also got to lay to rest a Junker who'd lost his life in defense of our kind. Jack Alberts, Second Engineer aboard the Caveat Emptor, died when his compartment was breached in an exchange of weapons fire with Das Wilde gunboat Abschnitt.
Too rarely do we get to give a proper funeral to Junkers who die in the defense of our people, our homes, and our way of life. They are often simply lost; adrift forever in the wastes, incinerated in the destruction of their ships, or killed in captivity by our enemies. So when we get the opportunity to say goodbye to one of our defenders, we seize it.
Alberts was far from the first crewman lost since the christening of the Caveat Emptor. But he was the first we got to give a decent burial.
We brought the Emptor to the edge of the Rift for the service, where I said a few brief words on his life and the importance of his work leading up to his untimely end.
With that, his casket was set adrift where he will be part of Puerto Rico so long as there are Junkers.
As I said, Jack Alberts was one Junker among thousands. Many Junkers die in combat every year, despite the non-combative leanings of our society. In that regard, his death was nothing special. However, we are a fraternity. Together, we gather our power and allegiances. Together, we carved out our corner of the universe and now work to expand our influence. And together, we must honor those that pay for our progress with their lives.
