It saddens me, when I see inexpirienced captains in their poorly equiped gunboats and cruisers parked near Crete, because i know for sure, that any organised group of SCRA, Core or Outcast pilots will destroy those proud ships in seconds.

So I am asking you - release some of your crew members, they might protect Crete better in fighter class ships!

I know there are many Corsairs who already fly light fighters, have heard that those ships won a huge war with drug addicts in Omicron Eta some time ago. I assume those great pilots do not need my help, because their skill and wealth is admirable already.

But I am willing to share my wealth with young and hungry ones.

//So - 1. Set up Arwing light fighter. Get corsair tag and id.
2. Post charname here in this topic.
3. Participate in defending Crete or any offensive actions with your Arwing.
4. If you do all that, 14 days after posting char name in this topic I will reward you with 50 million credits.

i understand what your saying pal but im in a gunboat and there is no way im going down to an arwing i see that ur offering 50 mil and tht wil be much needed for for but in an arwing for 14 days i wud much rather keep my gunboat condiering ill be loosing money going down into an arwing then after 14 days buying my gunboat back ill only be making about 20 mil after the 50 mil is given if u say that u will give me cash for a praefect after that would be a different matter speak to me when ur nxt online my name is Fain-Corsiers

You can fly 5 ships/characters on 1 account. There is also a little program called "Freelancer Account Manager (FAM)" that makes it possible to use different accounts on 1 computer. So you don't have to sell your gunship, if you don't want to. You can just create a new character or a new account, move some credits around from one ship to the other and there you have your new light fighter.

I am aware of specific construction of Arwing, which currently has invisible weapons. However It also has flaws - can not fire cruise disruptor and missiles sometimes work, sometimes do not. I would gladly fly Tigershark instead, but I know, that some alien species known as ADMINS have prohibited its use for corsairs. And Decurion is great, if dead corsair needs a coffin.

And I hear there is a new era coming (//4.85), which will fix what is broken.

Hola senor Orlando, I have seen the issue you speak of many times over, up until recently through the cockpit of a supply runner. Inexperienced captains very often are promoted past their capability, si? Either that or they jump the gun and procure the ship with private funds, more than likely borrowed from their close familia.

I would implore our pilots to return such capital class ships to the shipyards to primarily conserve our limited stocks of H-Fuel, or at the very least invest in a fighter class ship - after all different circumstances require a specified tool. You would not crush a walnut with a sledgehammer, no?

My recommendation lies not with the Arwing, seeing as the entire ship series has been plagued with technical faults, namely the failure of system integration with Cruise Disruptors and faulty energy conduits supplying energy cannons. I would suggest either the Decurion Corsair Light Fighter which can be brought on Leon base in Omega 41, which is based off the Legionnaire class scout ship, or the Crow space superiority Heavy Fighter which the Zoners of Planet Gammu in Omicron Kappa mass produce.

I personally pilot a Crow, which was constructed by my father on Crete many years ago. Unfortunately he passed away before he could make use of it and my own sight difficulties prevented me fro piloting combat vessels. However, funds donated by my amigo, Custo' Benitez have allowed me to take up my fathers mantel.

The ship is registered under my name as Enrique.Estraves and I eagerly look forward to seeing you in space.

Senors, the idea of this offer is promoting the use of fast and deadly fighter class ships like Arwing or maybe - as Enrique Estraves suggested - the Crow. Titan is neither fast or deadly, unless it is piloted by great pilot.

So if you wish to participate with Titan, I am afraid I will have to test your ability to fly it...
