i will be easier to ask the admins for fixing the IFF or reaping around and kill 2 or 3 interspace ships
I don't think there are any IC ships anywhere. At all. Only option I see is docking on Bonn or Newark and dropping missions. That or blowing up any IC storage depots you come across.
If you take missions specifically from IC, fly out to the mission area, and then turn tail and run all the way back to station, your rep will drop (because you failed the mission.)
As far as finding their ships... I *think* I have seen them in passing. I may be thinking of gateway or ALG, but I find a lot of trains and armored transports near jumpgates. You could try hanging around those.
It may be easier to start over with a new character.
Carlos Rivera: Corsair Brotherhood Pirate - Retired, shifted to Tripoli Shipyard's Research and Development engineering teams Anthony Cameron: Guild Core Bounty Hunter - Killed in Action, committed suicide after being trapped in Omicron Minor following its destruction Juan Ruiz: Outcast Ghost of Razgriz Pirate - Killed in Action, killed by the Sirius Coalition Revolutionary Army during Bretonian piracy raid Michael Winchester: Liberty Security Force Agent - Missing in Action, likely killed during Rheinland espionage mission or trapped in Rheinland Space Eric McCormick: Order Pilot - Retired, shifted to planetside training of new recruits
Just get the missions and drop them. You don't even need to go into space for that. Just hang in the bar and keep taking and dropping them, all without undocking. I tried it and it works.

Dropping missions from your map only causes a slight rep loss. Going to the mission site and then running will drop a whole block.
I personally drop every available mission but one, then go out and fail the last one. Return and repeat. I haven't timed either method so I couldn't tell you what's faster. Also try to take missions nearby (you're usually told the coordinate or at least the cloud where it will be.)
