Well, the Talarca isn't sold only on Honshu. Also somewhere where pirats can get it. My 0.02$ to that point.
On the price thingy:
I believe it costs more because it's kinda brand-new, while the Rheinland Cruiser is old. Very old. 80year war old. Old things normaly cost less than new things, aye?
I would be careful with the Talarca, at this point it has become considered a Kusari civilian ship, meaning it can be used by lawfuls and unlawfuls, but only groups from Kusari. That being said, Sindroms I think the idea that you are playing with about the exploration ship has some merit. You may wish to use a Kusari explorer instead, because it already has the explorer rp behind it, but if you use the Talarca, I would say post it in the special rp section, the story makes sense, but this is a good example of what the special rp section is for.

Hmmm...this is quite uncomfortable indeed....
I have a OC ID and IFF, so, since the OC dessie is not going to be approved for my RP, i was told to try the Talarca instead...it was either the Talarca or the Rheinland Pirate Cruiser...
But allright, if it is now a Kusari civvy ship, i will have to change a tad...ehhhhh....There is no use posting in the special char section since it would be too much to ask for, the cruiser is more as a way to make money off missions and fixing reputation for the Keeper trial characters in Omicron Alpha.
I already had a small stitch with the admins on this matter, sadly.
The zoner dessie should be a choice, yet as in the Zoner MD

Well, now to simply narrow down the choices, yet there still was that comment i had that the pirate cruiser might have been even more oorp.
I never did get a proper explenation though, so one would be more than good.
Keeping that in mind, the cruiser still wont be repfixed, ofcourse.
If the admins still view on me as per the special rp request that was denied, i limit myself to gbs.
