"Pfft, pfft, is this bloody thing on is it? Oh, righty then...
'Allo guv, me name is Mudge. I've been diggin through scrap an' other junk around Sigma-13 fer a while now, fightin' of Wilde nutbags an' other Nomad infest scum.
Over time I kept some o' the best bits, namely a couple o' Nommy Blaster I've jury-rigged onto me ship. I had 'em scraped clean o' bugs an' wotnot, and they served me well ever since.
But dont let anyone tell ya that 'Ol Mudge dont pay his dues! I can wire yer Arizona the 5 million credits right now if ye like.

Once again, please see this Neural log concerning applications for a Nomad License: Liberty Nomad Licenses. However, as is my understanding, at this point in time we are no longer selling Nomad Licenses to the public. If it is urgent, I suggest you attempt to contact a member of the High Command directly.
"But, but Lisette, I didn't mean nuthin' by it, I swears! I, 'ang on a minute luv I gots me a Liberty connection...
So, yer not handin' out licenses, so the rest of us can go and git stuffed eh?
All because yer own pen-pushers can't be arsed doin' their job, yer rulin' on this is mighty anti-competetive an' unbalances yer economic playin' field.
Funny thing is, the good ol' Neural Net allows us ta automate the whole bloody process anyways! All I gotta do is say the magic words "/givecash [SA]-LNS-Arizona 5000000" and send ye a snapshot o' that dont I?
T'would save yer penpushers from getting carpal tunnel syndrome. An' lets face it, if someone ye dont like tries it - ye can just keep the money and more fool them!

Seeing there is a need to repeat myself, allow me to quote my last reply.

This is Junker Alex Heartnet requesting 3 licenses. I need one license to deal in small arms, sold to passing freelancers and other lawfuls. I will be carrying a maximum of 400 side arms with me for individual sale, as that is how many my ship can hold, which will be sold for 500-2000+ credits each. I will not be transporting them to other bases. The callsign for this ship is .:j:.Alex.Heartnet
The ship class will be a Turanic Raiders Freighter. How much would this cost?
I also need 2 licenses to deal in ship weapons. I will mostly be supplying other junkers with our own Barragers, as well as debilitator civilian pulse cannons. I might also try to sell some to passerby's, and deal in the odd codename.
The 2 ships I need the licenses for are .:j:.Alex.Heartnet and .:j:.Silicon.Vulture
Second ship is a Pirate Train, the parts from which it was made salvaged from the wreckage of a destroyed smuggler convoy.
Payment cannot be made immediately, but I won't be out in space immediately either. I should be able to transfer payment to the [SA]-LNS-Arizona in 2 days.

Once again, please see my previous transmissions. It should still be there, unless my eyes deceive me. I do not believe the High Command acknowledge this dump any longer, so if you insist, you'll have to contact them directly.
Ok, I'm not nearly as patient as Lt. Commander Darkmoor here, so I'll make this short and sweet:
Liberty is not longer selling Nomad licences for the time being
If it is urgent, and I mean vitally urgent that you obtain a Nomad licence, contact me over private comms. I will process your request and put it through the proper channels to be approved. I have enough paperwork as it is, any unnecessary requests will simply be discarded and if my private comms system is used improperly, this offer will be revoked immediately.

To whom it may concern:
We at Universal Shipping Incorporated would like to have our Armored Transport, which contains all of our armaments and contains our corporate bank, for the under 50 stack licence.
We will provide the cash to whoever it would go to on response.
Thank you for your time.
