Good day to all of you - fine men and women of stalwart constitution and courageous souls, one and all.
As you may, or may not know, I had taken leave to visit my nephews and nieces on Planet Baden Baden some months ago in February. While it would have been jolly well splendid to have had that length of time on holiday, I can assure you that company procedure in combination with my own personal work ethic would not allowed me to have willingly deserted our beloved corporation for so long.
As it happens, the circumstances surrounding my absence was rather less cheerful than a mere family visitation. After a meal at a rather nice restaurant with my family, I had the misfortune of falling down a flight of stairs and apparently fracturing a rib. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise, as a small malignant little bugger of a tumour was found forming in my right lung during a chest scan.
Of course, I'm fine now, but only after a long stay in a rather horrid Rhienlandic private hospital. The en-suit was simply dreadful; the bathtub and shower fixtures were simply unacceptable. Oh, and the meals were distinctly sub-par. Despite these grievances, I soldiered on, tramping on down the road to recovery with dogged perseverance.
Ah yes, as it happens, I'm rather depressed about the consequences of my little medical adventure. I've been signed off by that absolutely splendid, yet utter bastard of a doctor as a 'C3', or 'invalid'. In a nutshell, I've been forced into retiring from the post of captain of my beloved BES-Bramall. I have already hand picked the man to replace me, in the form of the rather wonderful Peter Brown, who served as my co-pilot for a little under a year, before being reassigned to the BES-Mountbatten.
I have already usurped the captain of the Victoria I's position, and I shall be formally taking the helm for ceremonial flights. Well, after I've taken a brief 'Liner Piloting for Dummies' course, that is. Those poor fellows on the Board were having palpitations at the thought of my accidentally crashing into one of Southampton's berths!
Well, that is all for now. Just to let you know that Mr. Maloney is back in business (albeit somewhat grudgingly behind a desk).

Below is a staged photo of Bowex convoy Alpha 1/3 in the Dublin system. The shot was taken after a successful return from the Omega 49 system. The convoy was of a humanitarian nature, taking refugees, building materials, consumer goods and food to the Bretonian colony of Port Jackson. The convoy was commanded by the bridge officers of the BES-Victoria I, and was a resounding success.

Sources from Corporate HQs at London and Newcastle say refugee convoys bound for Port Jackson will be increasing in frequency in the near future, with operations in the Omega 49 system being scaled up over a period of three months. With the influx of refugees, Bowex will also be moving to reinforce the current infrastructure, and house yet more of the displaced peoples of Leeds, via the Colonial Authority.
Well done to the men and women of Convoy Alpha 1/3!

Good day gentlemen and ladies. Today i was sechduled to do a alloy run with BES-Bramall with the BES-Walpole however my idiot of an engineer decided to play a practical joke and shut off the fuel injectors. So after a while on Planet new London fixing the problem we managed to get under way until Cambridge. Where a cosiar pilot decided to try and stop my ship and demanding credits but I wasn't happy with the earlier incident so i brought the tureets of the BES-Walpole to bear destroying the Cosiar's shield a couple of time he eventually left me alone after emptying his shield batteries. Now something made me cheer up because while in omega 3 a tiny cosiar pilot in a legionnaire attempted to pirate me . So I took his shields down and he ran off in the opposite direction. I would like to thank the Cosiar empire for that entertaining event. Afterwards I proceed unstopped, to Nuremberg where I am now I have of course sent the ten percent tax to Bes-Victoria.I

Good day Sirs,
Simon Blunt for my first report! I have been doing my duty to keep Bretonia moving. My percheron may not be the largest transport in Sirius, but it moves a good deal of cargo. I've mostly been shipping alloys to Rheinland and returning with engines, or military goods.
Today was sufficiently interesting to warrant a report! At first, it was the usual haul to Munich and back, but I met an interesting officer at the cordon in Leeds. Ensign Owens was as vigilant as any of the Armed Forces and was busy keeping our borders safe as possible. After a quick scan, I was cleared to dock with Leeds, and offloaded my goods. I couldn't help but pickup refugees, how can anyone turn them away? They show up at the docks by the thousands, so I took those that I could and made my way to New London to start them on their ways' to new lives.
Upon boarding Stone, I saw that Ensign Owens was engaged in a firefight with the bl-*cough* Kusari. I powered up my turrets and joined the fray. With our combined force, we destroyed most of the strike force and the rest broke formation and fled. Mr. Owens and I said our goodbyes and I made my way out of the dangerous system.
Before I even moored the Stone to the Planet, I received a call from a miner. One of our friends from BMM needed transportation of his gold ore from Dublin.
I met him near Graves with another new friend, a VPS escort. Commander Williams, if memory serves. I do wish to let everyone know how helpful he was, and that his rates were more than reasonable. It tip my hat to those blokes. Anyway, I met up with the mining ship, Ipswitch and took on a full hold of ore. Everyone tells me that Dublin is dangerous, but I felt safe with Williams taking care of anyone careless enough to bother us.
The trip to Munich was uneventful, again thanks to Commander Williams. He was able to help me avoid a group of Corsairs by the Omega jump gate in Cambridge. I simply cannot believe their audacity. Pirating in the Queen's land! I took the jump hole to the north to avoid them. I did meet a friendly face on the way to Munich, another Bowex employee, though not directly affiliated. We made some quick chat and before I knew it, I was docking on Planet Nuremberg to write this report. I do believe that I'll stay here for the night and return home with another load of military hardware on the morrow.

Good day Ladies and gentlemen. This morning I was scheduled to preform what my other crew members call the smelter run for those that don't know of this route it is super alloy from Scarborough to Planet Nuremberg and military vehicles back to Battleship Macduff. the route this morning was extremely quite which was good. I utilised the time to conduct a crew roster of my ship seeing as the old ship engineer got transferred to a Clydesdale class Freighter as a captain. I received a new engineer. Enclosed is the full roster
Liam Adama- Ship Captain
Brian O'Keeffe- First officer
Gerry Kemp- New Ship engineer
Luke Smith- Cargo hold manager
Andy Baxter- Security officer
We are currently in Nuremberg overseeing the loading of the military vehicles.

Well gents, I have finally finished my trade circle for today. We picked up some basic alloy from Leeds, shipped it to Scarborouh. From there, superalloy to Berlin, Oder shipyard. As per usual plan, we loaded some fine Rheinland's engines, and were on our way to Bretonia.
Now, when we reached the Omega 7 system, at approximately 2/3rds through the second trade lane, we took to the left, and made a little visit to our friends the Hessians. The warehouse crew of the Ronnenburg was rather happy with the engines, even if they were made by Daumann. I guess when you're fighting for your life every day, you can't be too picky.
From here, we proceeded to Omega 11, to load up some Blood Diamonds. So far so good.
We broke moor with Freital, and headed to Omega 5 Jumphole, when we were detected by a Rheinland Military fighter craft. Fortunately, the pilot never managed to get near enough to scan our hold.
Jumping in Omega 5, we were on our way to Omega 3 hole, after a short tussle with some Corsair light fighters. The gunnery crews of Ronneburg were a lot of help in fending them off, our thanks go to them for accurate shooting.
On the comms, we heard some Corsair chatter; it seemed that at least one of the notorious Black Sails pirate group was in the system. We were fortunate with this encounter, in that we never even saw him on our sensors.
After some time, some jumpholes, and some evasive activities through Liberty space, we offloaded the Blood stones, filed in the dockmaster's logs as "Industrial Diamonds"... I swear, if Liberty officials ever check that log, and find out what was filed as mining drill heads, we'll be in a lot of trouble!
Well, in any case, some Basic alloy and hand weapons later, we loaded up on Military Vehicles in Ontario. While passing through Manchester, we encountered a time-space anomaly. We were held in it's bubble for about 30 minutes, invisible and oblivious to the world around us. Fortunately, no harm came from it, the crew and I seem healthy as always, and the ship checks out on the engineering scans.
A rather uneventfull journey, as you may see, save for that near miss with Rheinland Military.

This report begins with yesterday and the day before's events. The BES-Bramall has run two circular routes from Tau 31 to Munich and back again.
The first of these routes was... Eventful to say the least. I had just loaded on a half-cargo of Super Alloy, in order to proceed to the Dublin system to meet the BMM-Ipswitch[M]. Upon meeting with the miner, the ore was loaded on and I could proceed. A sum of $25,500,000 was transferred to BMM's accounts. Unfortunately, there were no other ships in the area, and no escort fighters present, so I was forced to go it alone - but carefully. Cargo manifest and crew count (including myself) were as follows:
As I travelled through the Cambridge system, I actually ran into a Golden Chrysanthemum Pirate Transport called Meiri at the Battleship Norfolk. Although worried at first, I discovered she bore good will towards Bowex. When I described how dangerous the Omegas were, she offered to scout ahead for me, and promptly took a bullet in the form of two Corsair gunboats that had been lurking at the Cambridge jump gate. I thanked her for her services, then diverted for a 'back road', invalidating my insurance in the process.
The way to Rhienland was otherwise clear, with even the hellhole of Omega 7 remaining quiet. After the drop-off, I netted a tidy profit for the Combine, and returned to Bretonia with a consignment of toys for the Harris garrison. The return journey was equally clear, which was surprising.
My second run was yesterday, and again involved a half-load of Gold Ore. Upon my return from Tau 31, I moved to the Dublin system in order to procure more ore. I found a source in the BMM miner, -MiXeR-, who settled for selling his ore at 8 thousand credits per unit, costing the company a sum of $17,600,000. I supplemented the Ore with a shipment of refined gold; cargo manifest and crew count as follows:
For this trip, a convoy was formed, consisting of myself and fellow Shetland Bowex)Empress.Matilda, the Bowex Shire Monitor, Interspace aligned Advanced Train -NeXoR- and finally, the escort Eagle Romeo.Mestieri.
The entire shipment was quiet, with Mr. Romeo executing the job with professionalism and skill. Upon reaching Munich, he clocked off for the night, apparently to chase some Rhienlandic females. While I can't commend his choice in women, I will praise his role as a security officer to no end. The convoy returned alone, with the Monitor acting as our vanguard. All was quiet until Omega 3.
The Junker Pirate Transport Wilson.Small cut a lane ahead of the main body of the convoy. Being a rather suspicious fellow, the captain of the Monitor had decided to forgo the lanes, and cruise to the Cambridge jumpgate via open space. Upon catching the errant Shire on the edge of his radar, Wilson immediately set off to chase it down. That's right. The pirate completely ignored two Shetlands and an Advanced Train in order to chase down a Shire.
Bowex)Empress.Matilda: Now just to get this straight. This Junker let all us basically unarmed traders go just to challenge the most heavily armed Bowex)Empress.Matilda: ship of the convoy? Bowex)Bramall: I know.. Something seems a bit fishy there. Bowex)Bramall: Probably his brain.
Indeed, Mr. Small's frontal lobes appeared to be adhering to his name. The encounter ended predictably, with the Junker fleeing from the Monitor's wrath, on fire. From this point on, it was plain sailing. There were no contacts until the convoy came to it's destination. In this case, the invaluable and highly praised Monitor and the -NeXoR- ended their trip on the military garrison of Planet Leeds, while myself and the Empress continued to the McDuff and the Harris garrison.
That concludes my report. Safe travels!
~Brown.

Uh. I just had a run-in with a Phantom - the Iscariot. It was in one of those bloody horrible fighters, but myself and the crew remained, er, courageous and bold, despite, er, extremely terrifying adversaries. Yeah. We were unwavering and resolute in the face of... Terrorism.
We'd just, well... Dropped off Super Alloy and we heading back with Military Vehicles for the Harris garrison again. We got to Stuttgart, and... It was there on the trade lane to Omega 7. Um. Well, we were really brave - not even a tremble from myself or the crew. They can vouch for that, um, ask any of them.
Uh, yeah. The logs got a bit... Corrupt. I filled out the bits that went missing. Here's a... portion of the logs that were transferred.
It seems to be a right of passage for each of the Bramall's captains to be attacked by... um, Phantoms. I think I passed. I mean, yeah! I passed; I showed that, err... Bastard! Yeah, that bastard! I showed him!
Anyway, we're onboard the McDuff now. I think I'll just... stay here for a bit. Gonna go find a toilet to sit in for a while.
~Brown.

Good day ladies and gentlemen. This evening my self and my crew, launched from Scarborough filled to the brim with super alloys ,destined for Rhineland. After the customs check in Leeds we headed, for the omegas which I was pleased to say was quiet afterwards, we got stopped in Stuttgart twice the first instance was, Rhineland customs check which took awhile. After they checked every piece of equipment we then proceed until a Landwirtrechtbewegung, I believe their called that halted us to listen to his speech about the perils of Synth foods which, I must admit I was convinced not to eat synth foods again. Which would not be hard since its just paste and, flavourless but now I am digressing. After delivering the alloys and loading up, with Military vehicles we headed back, to bretonia but when passing through omega three a Space anomaly, appeared 20 Clicks north-east of Freeport one near sprague. We took readings from the space anomaly when, we noticed that our ship was being pulled towards the centre we thruster to a safe distance. Our readings showed that it has a medium gravitational pull it was slightly magnetic and Highly radiated five times that of omega 11. Afterwards we deliverd the mv's to Macduff, and then headed to scarbourgh for the BES-Walpole to have the radiation washed off her. While that was happing I looked up the results and I found out that this is a forming of a jump hole.
Well that is all for now.
