My suggestion wasn't that you pirate, it was, rather, that you have you training PVP bouts above, say, frietal. Or Ronnenburg. Or Vogtland. Show some colors, practice in adverse conditions, etc...

The thing is that we had recently a influx of new players. And we, the more senior members of the faction, had not provided that much training to these guys. So in couple of cases we've gotten our teeth kicked in because of this. And that has resulted in a hunking down in Omega-54 sessions.

I have to assume part of fault in this. I mean not showing the ropes to the new guys ealier. Not spending time with them and teaching them by hand how RHA operates, the roleplay, the works and not fighting tactics. Sure I've given some pointers when I have seen new members there and tried to organize&equip them. We certainly could fly out with the new fellas to teach the more subtle ways of Hessian RP too, like highway robbery done in style, system propaganda, patrolling etc.

But yes, we could take the training above Vogtland and if someone interferes then it could serve a very good "live fire exercise", so I don't see any problem with that.

A little sidenote.

Whenever i see you guys you always seem to be taxing. And that's it. I do pass through the Omegas on several characters and do no really see many RHA ships anywere else that O5 and sometimes O3. At any other time their in New Berlin.

It's be good to see you guys acting alot more like a Red Hessian Army and not Red Hessian Pirates since that is what your faction name puts across.

However on a good note, you guys can get a good Multi PvP battle going so i'l give you Kudos for that.

Well, if we are stopping traders, that generally means there is no enemy for us to fight elsewhere, and stopping trade to and from Rheinland is one of the primary revolutionary goals:P

We try to mostly act like an unlawful military if we're in a group, looking for a target to attack, but some of us prefer to hit traders while they are alone, so..

This was the third battle on my RM char with RHA i took part and i was really ... upset, again.
If you wanna PvP whore and win at all costs come to HHC and let's start the party.
This time was the last time for me with you on my RM char. *
I'm playing for almost three years on Disco and enjoyed a lot of battles.
But this one yesterday sucked big time.
It was just about one: PvP whoring par excellance; to the win at all costs.

Ve had der two lokis und ein bomber und ve delat with ein Wilde gunboat, but der crazee cucumber got avay unfortunately.

Ach, zen ve prepared for der assault on der Brandenburg, vich had der four RM und some of der RFP plus ein BountyJaeger vich you silly sausages invited because your training is der poop. Und, to top it off, the three Military from anozzer regiment joined in. Now one of zese frankfurters ve had to kill twice und even den der stoopid voorm come back for more of der smushing.

Und let's not forget der big gunboat vich it took us so long to destroy because of der ions. Seems even you, mein soldiering type, vere too preoccupazed with evading mein Happy Stick dat you ommitted to tell der silly gunboat captain to make der sharp exit even as ve gave his hull ein smushing he vill never forget.

Maybe, mein freunde, you are ashamed at der stoopid reinforcements dat came but vere no use to you? Still, some of dese wienerschitzels vere unable to use der comms, never mind der targetting system! Dey vere crying like der daschunds who haf lost der bone.

Ach, even one of our brave soldiers had his weapons kaput, but he stayed to draw your fire. Maybe you silly cucumbers made der wetness in der lederhosen and cannot distriboot der regens among der squad as well as der Hessians?

Und perhaps you are afraid of der big Gottkanzler und his temper because of der smushing ve gave to two of der Rheinland battleships und der booming ve made of der cruiser known as der Aachen? Ach, ze Battleships ran back to der base vith der tails between der legs und made der crying like der lost child in der kindergarten because dey are afraid of der combat in der asteroid field.

I am only der humble soldier in der ranks, but I can tell you ve gave der Brandenburg Station ein smushing vich make dem spit der strudel!

Dragonlancer: Trading bots isn't unfair. You can do it with your guys too and nobody will complain or even bat an eyelid, trading nanos is taken for granted. In fact, I know quite a few RM that do it when we try to target one of their ships with a group, and it's perfectly acceptable. I'm sorry but you're stirring up a storm in a glass of water, RP means you win some and you lose some.

You are clearly misunderstanding everything here.

You complain at the RHA faction because they tried to "Win at all costs" due to transfering bots to each other during combat.

Then they response with a logical argument as to why they are allowed.

And then you start spitting out: "I got my 1337 clan mates that will own you all. Lets go PvP you and me, 1vs1 gogogo, I pwn you n00b."

Oh and your insults such as "You guys suck" and "Kiddos", seriously the only kiddo here is you.

I love your RP and the fights against you, because it gives me a challange.
If I encounter you in teamfights its a good practice for me, keeping my men busy and doing the strategic part here.

Checking the Loadouts and warning my pilots if they will face 2 Missiles or torpedos. Its an essential thing you might say, but we have got a lot of new recruits out there and its hard to train them all in the same manner, especialy because ive got only 1 Wrath with 1 Loadout for that. Due to the factor "Time", its often not possible to get the training loadout so they can train against explosives.

Training is never the same as a real fight and if things go fast, some forget to check the weapons or to use the correct counter against loadouts. Again the factor "Time" appears. With every fight they get better.

Suddenly you are in a teamfight, against one of the best factions around the server. You are in a Wrath, so a little mistake can get you out of the fight. You get a little bit nervous and "B?M!" Dead recruit floating in a pod.

On your side, there are the usual 4-6 RHA Pilots, that know each other for months, got the fighting experience and trained a lot together.
On the RM side its always fluctuating. Sometimes there are the old pilots and sometimes there are the newer ones, not so familiar with the fights, out there.

In addition to that, you hardly ever have indis on your side.
Now you might say: "But youve got the Gunboat and the 2 indi ships, that was a fair fight or even unbalanced for us! We did not have a gunboat!"
I dont want to offend our Gunboat-Indis here, but in most cases the Gunboat is only a few seconds there.
And the Wrath ones are hard to insert where they could do their best in the fight.
I know only 2 indi Pilots that act like they were in the RM faction, due to the simple fact that Im familiar with their strengths and weaknesses in fights, like I know them for most pilots in our ranks.


Now what am I saying with this wall of text?

Simple. Just give us a chance to grow together and learn how to fight against you.
You cant imagine how happy I was, to see no RM pilot going down in the first 5 minutes of the fight.
I call it even a new record here, this was the longest fight we ever had against you.
The indis got kicked in your usual 1minute time, but not our pilots.

Now why was Malexa happy? Right! Seeing succuess in some point. And I bet im not alone with that.
Its easy for you well trained pilots to wipe our forces with using all your tactics.

We CANT jump with all our pilots from Wrath-Basic-Training to "We kill everything in under 1 Minute and if it gets tough, we share our equipment".
If I can hardly survive, with full control over my Wrath, when you fire upon me, how would it be when im in the menu klicking the "drop bots" button.

Give us a chance out there, especialy in teamfights. We are not your enemy, we are your friends. We are playing the same game for one reason.
Its called Fun.

Answers like "Thats your fault we will fight with our maximum strength against you and use everything we have!" are totaly wrong here.
Try to communicate with us, try to see it at the recieving end.
We need each other. So we need also to figure out what we can make better when one side gets pissed off by something.

The same goes for the RM.
If you have concerns about something, talk about it, dont turn a blind eye on things, just because they dont harm your side of the relationship.
And do this in a friendly way, no need to make a big trouble out of nothing.
Its not what you say, but how you say it.

And... how are we supposed to do that without providing you with a fight?:PYou say this as if we were in Berlin every 4 hours each day, which is frankly not true. So you win some and you lose some, you lose for the first time in weeks and suddenly we get whined at. Seems a bit weird to me, you didn't see us whining after that fight in the Ostnebel cloud in Dresden where 2 RHA were fighting 2 RM, and then you brought 3 more anyways, even though the fight was "fair", and then topped it off by following the single fleeing fighter all the way to Vogtland, and exploit the lack of quick dock points on that base just to get the kill. Sorry for dragging out an example, but just saying - just as winning is a part of this game, so is losing.

Please keep in mind, that there are a lot of different opinions in the RM.
Different them by the poster.

This is not supposed to be a whining post about unfair gameplay, which is NOT unfair!! (*Laughs* Ill better make this as clear as possible)

Its a neccecary post to ensure we talk together and that you see how it looks like on our side.

You are construeing something that isnt there. I like it when you show up in Berlin, you are far away from "Lets pwn them and pirate the next 4 hours there".
And if some people tell me, for example, they think botsharing is going too far, Ill talk about that.

Its called connecting, thats all I wanted to do.:$

PS: And I am sorry about the incident right in front of Vogtland. Ill talk to our Pilots that they must not chase fleeing Pilots to their home. In my eyes the asteroid fields with bases in there are a "Im afraid to get ambushed"-Zone
