All RM personel is to leave this thread and let this matter rest. Take a deep breath everyone, go for a few runs around the circuit and think about it. The very fabric of our factions is dependent of each other, do not spoil that. The RM itself is known for having traded regens before, so let's not sound like hypocrites here, shall we?
I can't be in game all the time to monitor it, but I do hope that regardless of differences both RM pilots and our dearest criminal factions, when engage each other, observe at least some sense of fair play. In the end we play together, not against each other. There aren't real assets to which these people are bound to in game. So, if it's not fun anymore for them, they'll just walk away and leave, and you'll be left shooting rocks and all the silly people that are indeed only concerned with PvPing you. And they shall come in great numbers, and they shall have dual paralysers, torpedoes and fast tracking nuclear mines and tractor beams that they'll aim at your genitals.
Point of matter, the "trading bots" issue is no prerogative of RHA or even RM, it's a generalized thing. I, for myself, think that this isn't really a matter since when it happens you get to bleed the whole group through the weakest pilot, rather than trying to drain those regens from the people that have been able to keep them. I remember feeling happy when people traded bots to the target I had an advantage against. Think about it. Anyway, the only way to control this is through outlawing using regens like it happens elsewhere. I don't see it happening in the near future, so learn to live with that.
The way I see in a group fight sharing bats and bots are normal procedures. It never occurred to me that it might sound like winning at all costs since it's definitely away from the guy giving the bots.
Winning at all costs does sound to me excessively using missiles and mines and GBs with missile loadouts etc. and of course using the overwhelming force.
But I see a nugget of truth in Malexa's post. The core members of the RHA have flown long together gotten used to fighting as unit. Many times RM forces, while may seem superior, are a mix of RM and indies. We got indies in our forces too, but they too have been taking part in fights with us for a pretty long, so they know how to handle themselves in a fight.
The point is, after a certain point in participant numbers in a fight the leading of the battle becomes a deciding factor, not sheer numbers. Even if you got a bunch of average/semi-good pilots that know how to not get blown up immediately you can win the battle if they are well led. RM has good leaders too in their old guard and new guys are growing after every battle.
RM is getting there, like you said Malexa, so no need to worry. I think we all are going to be pretty happy the tough school you are going through once the Liberty will roll out against Rheinland. Just fly and train together and you'll be okay. Yesterday I saw in Curacao event what Liberty has in store for all ofus.;)
The point is. I've been in the winning side and on the losing side. It's part of the game. As long as everybody can have a bit of fun and not be total jerks out there in the server we should be fine.
Malexa: we are giving you time to grow. Didnt you noticed we are mostly in omegas and hunting corsairs? Our fights (RM/RHA) are much less frequent than in pastness. Those few ocasional fights... mostly events just test your skills and it is only good for you to know how much you've learned.
You must notice too, we are only real chalenge for you and our fights are only way how to improve your skills... those few indies per weak giving you a chance for PVP or trainings in private system dont learn you anything because 99% of indies know nothing about fight and generaly team vs team is a lot different than any 1v1 or even all vs poor nooby indie.
You have big dissadvantage in that lack of PVP encounters since you cant jump into sigma 13 which is allways full of corsairs or outcasts or even better blood dragons. If I can sugest you something, take your forces few times into omega7 when are sairs doing piracy here.
In 4.85 your main enemies will be Liberty capital fleet, I hardly sugest you practice anticap fight with bombers... since I am VHF pilot mainly I feal needing of that and spend most of my time in bomber now (yea I now I sux a lot in that class but becoming better)... you can do the same.
One of your boys tried to pirate me (RepEx-Brizo) for 2.5 million on the lane between the New Berlin JG and Bautzen. 2.5 is a lot to ask in this mod now anyway, but I'm willing to see it as negotiable due to our, *ahem* history. The problem was 1) My cargo, upon selling, was worth 3.2million and 2) he was a single fighter, without a Minirazor. I safely made it to Bautzen.
I just wanted to post here and explain why I wasn't willing to pay that amount, I tried PMing him but he got caught up dealing with some Wilde NPCs.
I'd just like to ask, does this faction have any other purpose than to attack Omicron Gamma everyday?
Furthermore, why does the RHA come directly to Gamma? Isn't that a little far out of your ZoI?
[8:32:45 PM] Dusty Lens: Oh no, let me get that. Hello? Oh it's my grandma. She says to be roleplay.
[12:49:19 AM] Elgatodiablo: You know its nice that you have all that proof and all, Bacon... but I just don't believe you.
We do have other goals, I can't speak for all of our pilots, but we certainly do other activities. These include fighting the Rheinwehr in Rheinland, driving the Corsairs out of the Omegas and impacting upon the Rheinland economy.
The Omegas are basically empty of Corsair threats at times, as the majority of them are sitting in Crete orbit.

good job on killing the RepEx gunboat. few things about that.
it felt like you guys were all teaming up on me.(which you were)
normaly i would not care. but when you are getting raped, 6-7 on an unarmored gunboat, it begins to piss people off.
just gonna ask that you hold some people back next time. besides, gunboats suck now :(

Gunboats are very effective at destroying fighters and bombers. Three examples of agile gunboats would be the Leopard, Tiger and Ostwind - they've killed their fair share of bombers and fighters in Rheinland and the Omegas. The Rheinland Gunboat may not be agile, but it is heavily armoured with a heavy powerplant. Basically, gunboats don't "suck". They're not the swiss army knife they were in 4.84, they're more of an anti-strikecraft scalpel now:)
What was the composition of the RHA attackers?

as much as I'd like to debate your point about gunboats this is not the place.
I must agree though, 6 on 1 is a little much. If you'd have taken a look at the ship you'd have seen it had no chance. 2x missiles, no armor, and basic turrets.
