Elder, your efforts to secure an agreement for new ships are very welcome indeed and I am sure that I speak for all of my brothers when I say that we will all look forward to your success in this matter.
This again puts us Hogosha in a tricky position, do we formerly take sides or do we remain neutral as we try and do between the KNF and the Corsairs. What are your thoughts/orders if we should encounter both the HAF and another corsair faction like the OPG during our business or patrols?

Konnichiwa, brothers. I urge you to stay out of the Corsair conflict, our allies will emerge from it stronger now that they have reaffirmed their grasp on their nation. If you must get involved, I would have you know that we have always been loyal to the counsel. It is through their words that the corsairs as a nation act. I ask you to avoid this conflict, but if HAF enter our home, show them no mercy. As those whom betray the counsel are not friends of ours.

Konnichiwa, brothers. Today I am here to relay information to you. A few of you Kobuns might not be fully aware of the Kusari legal codex, so I have posted it here: http://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=9538
This file also contains a list of criminals to the Kusari Empire. These people are to be treated as hostile when found in Kusari space and report the destruction of any of these ships here so we can see to it that the KNF know we have solved their problem. I urge you to review the laws regarding the trade embargo in the Taus, far too many gaijins attempt to feign ignorance of these rules, please see to it that the idiots are dealt with.
One last thing, if you encounter a vessel by the comm ID of "Dupree", please see to it that he is destroyed. This gaijin had the audacity to put a bounty on a KNF vessel. He has recently revoked the bounty, but I would like to see him learn from his mistake, and I know the KNF are bound too far by the aristocrats to take any decisive action.

A very useful guide Elder, while I am familiar with the laws of Kusari it is always good to have a quick copy to hand for reference and also the list of rogues is an excellent feature.
I do think though that some of the wording needs changing to reflect the Hogosha's role as guardians of Kusari so that no pirate or smuggler can doubt our intentions to defend the empire and the will of the emporer.

Konnichiwa Eldar.
I feel as though, the kusari legal codex is useful it has been a well known tool at my disposal. Mainly I feel the problem is with police recruits, overstepping their bounds or not being aware of our current export regulations. I don't feel as though I've dishonored our syndicate through most of my actions. However, it is not my intention to believe you are personally directing this message to me. I am instead simply raising my concern over the amount of uneducated new recruits. I realize that they are new, however they represent the strength of our nation. As of late, it has not been a great problem, but as you have seen, some eager officers do cause.. set backs to the enforcement of tau exports.
I have personally informed some officers of the legal codex. I feel however that it is not within our bounds to be teaching new samurai's the laws of our fair nation. While we aid in protecting the interests of the Kusari nation, we are not here to hold the hands of KNF.

Konnichiwa, brothers. I'm glad to hear that all of you are well versed in the legal codex, this helps me to know that I have good men working with me. As for your activities, Hakatoa-San, I say continue to help and teach new KNF and KSP recruits. You would be surprised by the ignorance of some of these young warriors, ignorance that often makes life easier for us. I know I have helped teach a few KNF recruits on their first few patrols, and all of them were quite content with allowing me to take action and dispense justice as I saw fit; often helping me to do so. I am not ordering you to do the same, we all work our own way, but I do suggest that you do help, even in some small way, to their training. Let them know we're on their side from the beginning, you would be surprised how a blind eye can be turned on old friends.

Konnichiwa, I fully support Ruuki's words, avoid the conflict where possible as this is internal to the Corsairs. But I make it clear that the Black Dragons will support the Corsair Council decisions if direct action becomes necessary.

Konnichiwa elders of the Syndicates, this lovely day on Planet New Tokyo, we were informed by communication satalites, and some strage transmission from foreign Traders, that 2 small Bretonian Pirateships were attacking the Traderoute between New Tokyo and Shinegawa Station.
First i tried to get contact to any Naval Forces officer or a State Police official, but as they were either not responding, or not in range, i launched into space allone to meat the Bretonians.
All efforts to reason with them were for nothing, they were looking for o fight, so i gave them one.
Two Bretonian Bombers, these ugly eggshaped things, both named Peterson or Peatorson...these Beefeaters all wear the same Names, who can remember...
After a large amount of ordonace fired at eath other, all but one gun on my ship were destroyed, but the fire from the Bretonians was almost silenced too.
When all guns and all ammunition was out, i tryed to fight on, by ramming these dogs, but eventually fleed back to Tokyo, while one of the Pirates died in the blast of one of his own mines.
I now ask for the elders pardon, for i have fleed an enemy of Kusari, and not died in the attempt to kill them.

Konnichiwa, Toshiro-San. From your tale, your fought admirably against the Bretonian skum. From my encounters with them, they are too cowardly to fly in our space alone. Destroying one of their vessels is sufficient to removing the battle group, as I'm sure the surviving vessel returned to Bretonia for repairs. For that you have not my rage, but my respect. It takes courage to challenge twice your number, and skill to best them in combat. You have brought honour to the Hogosha name, and your have now caught the eye of the Black Dragons.
