Konichiwa,
Name: Daindairo Chichi
Age:32
Previous Occupation (Leave blank if you have not been employed before):N/A
Background: I was born on a Transport Frieghter somewhere in Liberty space to fanatical religious parents midway through their pilgramige of the system to spread their holy message. I was dropped off on Planet Honshu at the age of 12 for my own saftey when my parents, and the rest of their sect, headed out to the Edge Worlds to continue their pilgramige. I never saw or heard from them again. I was adopted and soon after and my name was changed from "Orange Milk"(good ole crazy hippie pilgrim name) to "Daidairo Chichi", a proper Kusari name. Without any higher form of education I mainly worked in H-Fuel production on various stations and planets before striking out on my own in a Defender I bought used and abused from a slick salesman. I soon upgraded to a Taiidan as I fell in love with GMG Fighters and weapons while working close with them in the H-Fuel industry. Since then I have aquired a GMG ID and have been working independently for them out of Honshu and the Sigma systems.
Division Choice(s): Security
Reason(s) for choosing to join GMG|: VERY Srong Corporation with a long history, not tied to any House
Reason(s) for choosing to join the division(s) you picked? H-Fuel makes the system go, better protected H-Fuel production means higher production rates and more profit.

Well as far as your background is concerned it almost all checks out. There seems to be an un-explainable gap that hints at unlawful action but the reports show up blank. This has drawn my curiosity and needs explaining. It may be just a simple formality but it's one that merits investigation. This application is currently on hold. I will conduct a private interview with you Daidairo-san, if all goes well you'll be flying with us in no time.
Arigato for your time

###### Message Start
Young Satsume Nakama had a hard time dealing with the consequences of losing his sight in the War.
His live had taken a tight turn as he had not only lost his sight, as much as his pride and his family, save his brother which he hadn't seen for over a decade.
In effect he realized, not seeing his brother for a decade might as well leave him with no family at all.
The worst part of it was that he did in fact not loose his sight while fighting.
He lost his sight whilst protecting his brother from a blast wave of an explosion aboard the Noguchi caused by a small group of corsair pirates.
He saved his brother's life by miraculously sending him off in the last escape pod left in the miner, while he couldn't see anything.
He crawled and stumbled across the ship's cargo hold towards the cockpit, safely away from the explosions and fires in the engine room.
As the Noguchi got pulled in Honshu's gravitational pull, he climbed into his father's safe, which was, as he remembered, lined with reinforced niobium.
The Noguchi trembled and heated up as it penetrated the atmosphere, it started to rotate under the huge amount of friction.
This turned out to be Satsume's luck as it descended belly down towards the planet, it skipped over the plains and finally came to a crashing halt onto a steep hill.
Now safely on land Satsume crawled out of the safe towards the hold, where he scowered for a drink and some food, after which he fell asleep against one of the many containers lined up to be sold on Honshu.
The Noguchi had been his home for 23 years now, he was born there and knew practically nothing about life on land.
His father, Kenji Nakama, a seasoned miner, had his mind set on buying a Bumblebee with the load the Noguchi was carrying, this would have been his final run.
And as it turned out it was...
Satsume didn't really know how much time had past, but he spent it all where he was home; on board the crashed Noguchi.
After what seemed months, he got accustomed to rely only on his other senses, to "see" what others didn't, and started live again.
Apart from mining and transporting some goods on request, his father had a keen eye for light fighters, and he recently picked one up on a long run from liberty space,
a bargain he said, Satsume had never seen him happier then on that particular day.
Luckily for Satsume, the Starflier was still in the hold of the Noguchi, and he figured he could use this to get off Honshu.
He watched his father tinker away at it for months and based on what he had seen he customized the Starflier wreck to his sight-less "needs" and left Honshu.
Part luck, part instinct, part modified ship, got him across the system to the jumpgate to, what the computer told him, New Tokyo, upon arrival he took a tradelane to planet New Tokyo, that got interrupted by corsairs.
As he heard the comm chatter he realized these three where not going to back down because he was a civilian.
As the impacts of weapons fire crackled on his shield he instinctively fired his boosters and made a 180 to face the corsairs head on.
By sheer instinct, relying on his senses and modifications to his ship he managed to shoot down two and scaring the last one away.
This encounter had changed him;
He didn't burst into rage,
He wasn't about to turn back and go to Crete to take on the Corsairs,
He finally found a way to do something, something he wanted to do the moment the war started; He could now defend his loved ones, his people, himself.
He decided he is in charge of his own future, thus he would do what ever felt "right" to him.
Over the next couple of months he took on missions wherever he could, freelancing across many systems.
He had been to Liberty, Rheinland and even some borderworld systems, he was finally alive, at least that's what he thought, and what he kept telling himself.
Satsume got sadder with every jump he took, with every tradelane he docked with.
He started to feel like he missed something, an emptiness, a void.
It took him months to realize he missed his roots, he had nothing which reminded him of his old life, nothing to reflect him or his family.
He felt like he greatly dishonored his family, and decided to go back to Kusari, thus he did.
Leaving his memories for what they were, he undocked from a tradelande in Okinawa and got jumped by a few junkers and pirates,
unbeknownst to the pirates, Satsume now had quite some experience in dealing with these criminals, and fought back, hard.
As he was twisting and turning to avoid incoming missiles, and firing on the junker's hull, the comms screeched with a COMM-ID not belonging to any of the pirates.
His ship's computer told him Kasugai Hatsumi a captain in GMG was trying to contact him.
He flicked the comms volume back up and a message was being read to him; "Konnichiwa Satsume, I see you are busy, I would like to talk to you".
He replied a quick "Konnichiwa" and faught of a few more pirates.
After all quieted down, he and Cpt. Hatsumi had a brief talk, discussing some ship equipment and Satsume's current employment.
When they had firmly established that he was a freelancer, Hatsumi suggested a job opening at GMG.
Satsume docked at Fujisawa Station for some well deserved rest and a quick patch-up of his ship.
As he walked back into his ship to finally lie down in his bunk, his computer recognized him entering and told him a message was waiting for him.
He lay down and told the computer to read it to him.
It was Hatsumi, with, as he promised, the details for the job opening at GMG.
As he slumbered into a deep sleep, GMG was somehow all that was on his mind.
His dreams that night had been uneasy.
Sights of his father piloting the Noguchi, countless of battles with more countless pirates, made him twist and turn in his bunk.
In the middle of the night he woke up, he asked for his computer, which immediately came to life and responded.
"Take a message for me, send it to the GMG recruitment office"
"Sir?"
"Do it please, add 'Application' as the message subject"
"Alright, sir. I trust you know what you are doing"
"I am, you know I am, I gave you your AI Brain to think, not to contradict me"
"I am aware sir, my apologies"
"Good, download the form Hatsumi send me, and fill out, then read it to me"

"Good, please continue"

Arigato for your application. You have come at a fortuitous time. Our continuing expansion has been noticed by the rest of Sirius and an increase in our Paramilitary Division is needed. My Captain has already spoken highly of you so this is really just a formality, nonetheless you'll have to prove yourself on the field not just in battle but also in our tricky diplomacy. Knowing who and when to attack is just as important as the success of the battle. You'll be granted access to the Taiiden HF as well as all the Civilian ships including the Stinger. If you prove yourself worthy you'll be added to the ranks as one of our Ensigns (bearing the badge of our Unit). This will allow you access to GMG's prized Kaichou Bomber, the most poignant symbol of GMG's sovereignty
Welcome aboard and hope to see you out there soon.

Kishiro Technologies: Initially employed as an apprentace following the completion of my course of study on space engineering at the Ishikawa National College of Technology, where I labored as a manufacturer, and eventually to on site maintenance, of Kishiro's stationary gas mining facilities. An opportunity arose to to transfer and cross train with foreign interests in the Okinawa system, an opportunity which I happily volunteered for.
Deep Space Engineering: Contracted through Kishiro technologies for purposes of construction of Okinawa base and lane infrastructure.
Background: Honshu Native.
Division Choice(s): Trade
Reason(s) for choosing to join GMG|:
It has been the tradition in my family for many generations for the second son of every other generation to seek service with the guild. Following the tragic passing of an elder sibling that responsibility has fallen upon my shoulders, a fate which I find very agreeable. It is my hope to translate the experience I have gained in prior employments to the best effect possible to suit the guild's needs until such a time that my services are no longer required or my family's obligations to our ancestral ties have been met satisfactorily.
Reason(s) for choosing to join the division(s) you picked?
While my martial skills do not extend beyond a cursory understanding that the business end of a blaster is to be pointed towards the intended recipient, and not yourself, years of commandeering burdensome utility and construction craft amidst heavily trafficked or hazardous locals has imbued a certain grace that can be easily employed in the utilization of far more nimble transport craft.
Furthermore, having worked alongside Interspace and DSE representatives on the various projects within Okinawa has granted a certain level of foreign experience and understanding that may be lacking with my contemporaries within Kusari. Additionally these same interactions have left a positive impression coupled with a strong desire to expand upon them, an opportunity I hope to have via employment with the GMG.

That constitutes the entirety of my brushins with the law. I can assure you its not something I make a habit of.
Previous RP Experience:
As Im not a hundred percent on how to best proceed, Ill just drop a pocket resume. I have been running on the Discovery server for a year and change now and have never had any complaints levied against my ability to support the roleplay environment. I have been invited into and participated with the IND, Wilde, LPI, RM, and Xeno Alliance factions. For final of that list, the XA, I had the pleasure of heavily contributed to the formation and initial development of prior to assuming successful command with an emphasis placed upon establishing the Xenos as a credible RP faction, as opposed to one employed for purposes of PVP, with an entirely open door policy within the somewhat hairy environment of Liberty.
I also played a very very small role in the resurrection of the IND faction from a prior state of inactivity.
Im currently employed as a Deputy within the LPI, serving as an authoritative body within that organization, and I can assure you its not in any way due to combat performance
Though the overall participation of the faction is lacking at the moment, I also lead The Angels; having been been the recipient of the faction upon Cayliths departure at her request.
Current Server Faction(s): The Angeles, the LPI and the XA. The GMG| would be my faction of choice for the acquisition of credits.

Konichiwa applicants,
Good to see there is interest for our two divisions. We are at a point where our growth has reached crucial levels and recruits are just the right medicine.
Otakie-chan, it's understandable that you don't have much of history with a background as a merc; no causes to hold dear to your heart in that profession. Welcome to GMG, you will be joining into a tight knit group, we'll give you life and home worth defending. The CTE ships (civilian) are found all over Sirius as you are probably already aware, you can find the Wasapu on Planet Honshu or you can pick up the Karasu at Fujisawa Mining Facility. Spend dometime as a recruit and if you prove yourself worthy you'll advance to Ensign, bear the badge of your division, and more importantly you'll gain access to the much desired Kaichou Bomber. Grab one of the ships and group up with other GMG| to show yopu the ropes.
Chiba-san, the Guild is sorry to hear of both your's and our loss. Your family has been members of the Guild for generations and you carry an honourable name. We welcome you to our Trade Division with open arms. Your experience with the technology we need and the foreign companies who manufacture them will be a great boon to GMG, particularly at this time in our development. I'm sure you already know our policies and procedures and will fit in just fine. Welcome aboard Representative.

//Dusty, good to have you aboard, I'm not worried abouyt the incident as I know it's is in the long past. Your contributions to the forums and server overshadow the distant past. It happens alot with new traders: when you name your ship it doesn't use the Capt's name, it's GMG|GTS-________, we usually pull it from here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sea_of_Okhotsk. Background:
My father was worked as a trade representative and negotiator for Ageira, and often took me with him on his trips to foreign stations and gate construction sites. As a result of these influence, I completed my education on Manhattan with majors in Intersteller Relations and Kusari Studies, and took a six-month internship with Ageira a few months after graduation which eventually led into a four-year career. I hope to use my experience and education, along with my enthusiasm, to help the GMG prosper economically and diplomatically.

Konnichiwa Mr Jones, I am Azuki Tamagochi, acting Guild Master and 2IC of the Trade Divion.
We are most certainly recruiting for out Trade Division. With conflicts embroiling all the Houses, demand for our commodities has never been higher.
Do be sure to read our Guild Portfolio, especially with regards to the allowed ships at your recruit-level rank - and the naming convention for ships.
For your information, my ship is the GMG|GTS-Abishiri - related to ancient Japanese geography, not my own name. Of course, I am still addressed as Azuki by people who know me...
Once we agree upon a name for your ship, we can launch it, and we can keep in touch in our secured channel for more information - such as our trade routes, and the subtleties of Kusari politics.
