The Collector has been picked up, and the plasma generator is at Norfolk Shipyard. Contact Joe Brown to get 3 generators. The anti-tamper device normally found on it is not present, so feel free to modify it however you like.
Be warned that they are in boxes similar to those Ageria uses for gate/lane parts. Do NOT try to force open the box, and do NOT lose the key. Don't bother reverse-engineering the boxes themselves, all the all the high tech box components will be melted once opened (the contents will not be damaged during the process)
