A lack of replies i see... anyway.
As my associate and friend said we will never enter Omicron 100 unless with permission if we do not have and a pilot does enter, they will be handed over to the order authorities for your punishment.

However i have a slight problem i want to talk about:
The Hogosha.
As you know, the Hogosha have helped the enemies of the GC for whome we work for also to attack and destroy GC ships. I therefore will warn you that we will engage them and if any corsairs come into the battle- I assure you we will not fire upon them first, we will ask politely that our quarrel is not with them. Any Artifacts that we acquire by attacking the Hogosha will be given back to the Corsairs as a sign of goodwill and neutrality.

Anyway, any further word on the matter?

" It has come to my attention that , Bounty Hunters have indeed been able to effectively counter even our newly produces ships. Aldo they use aging technology and posses little to no experience in the art of warfare , their organisation is a magnet , attracting many new recruits to itself , thus their sheer numbers continue to grow and even we find it difficult to halt their advance in the Omicrons.

Aldo Liberty and Rheinland are the brink of war. Liberty Navy and Liberty Security Force ships are still pushing from Alaska , trying to eliminate our agents and destroy our vessels. For this matter we have ordered a Battleship to collect data and effectively counter any hostile Liberty force that may try to invade Minor.

These are thought times we live in. The Order needs to be more organized then ever , if we are to come victorias on all fronts we fight. I have kept my private buisness a secret , but I now think it is the right time to reveal my departments true work.

The Department of Interrogation and Assassination (DIA) is the new name of wich agents and ships under my command are to be known as. Agents under my command can be found all over Sirius , we are well aware of many of our enemies plans and tactics. Aldo we have the information , we lack the men power. Corsairs have been useful in providing us with personnel , but they are .. how should I put this ... stones that need alot of grinding , before they can be trusted with the precise and detailed work I need to them for.

Your organization , Fenrir , my turn out exactly what I , what we , need. I have a hard time trusting people , but you may yet be worth our time.

I , Admiral Mirage Bre'Delakorsa , propose to the rest of the Order High Command's members that we give this Silent Wolfpack a few missions to do and see how they do (//creat a bounty board). Payment for your services will be negotiated at another time , wich is soon to come.

Know this however , if you are to turn againts us you shall bare witness to exactly how deep our connection go.

If someone from council disagrees with this , I shall hear your concerns.
