Your reactions are rather boorish. This sanction follows over half a year of us allowing a racial slur to be used in character. Despite clarion calls for us to ban it's use we have not, and why? Because it was being used in character. It was acceptable if not wonderful.
I quite concur that using in character insults to show your dislike for another House or faction is fine, but this went that touch too far. Combine racial slur and coarse language and what do we get? Something that's not entirel;y wholesome. Logically we could have taken this as a personal insult and thrown Ring away for 14 days, we chose 7.
This seems to be getting a lot more personal between both QCP and KNF, and if you honestly feel that they are bandying the term Gaijin around at you rather than at your character then that too is not on.
Things need to chill and you really need to find another term to use. I don't care if you're insulting the character, you can be fairly crude. This was coarse, crude and racially demeaning, what do you expect us to do? Let it run? Not going to happen.

You have been warned guys, and if you all choose to ignore it, be it on your own heads ...
This is not roleplay anymore, it's just an excuse to see how far you can push it.
