Konnichiwa Colonial Republic vessels. I am Hakatoa Yamota of the Black Dragon Society and I hope this message finds you well. For many years has our organization been defending Kusari against the flow of contraband by.. independent entrepreneurs. I have fought alongside your organization against the growing outcast threats. Your pilots fought honorably against such a threat. They're cardimine disease slowly reaches it's way into Kusari only to by met with our blades. We have severed many fingers but, it seems such a threat is now being attacked closer to the source.
I have made one observation about these new restrictions however. You do not mention artifacts. With a recent encounter I have become confused with your stance on the item. I ventured into Tau-23 to pursue a man harboring a large quantity of slaves. After his destruction, I met a CR vessel who I pleasantly greeted, explaining my trip to your system. However- It appears I was carrying priceless artifacts. These commodities pose no great threat, other than to distinguish a man of power, and status. Never the less, the man asked me to drop such cargo under his authority, or conflict would ensue. I was somewhat surprised at this sudden request. Not wanting to create a hostile situation, I respectfully surrendered my cargo, and returned home.
Because of this, I now ask what is the Colonial Republic's official stance on the transportation of artifacts?
Mr, Yamamoto, I do not speak for my nation as a whole, and I believe President Wingates shall answer your question, but I'd go ahead and suppose that the pilot who assumed that we forbid the trade of Artifacts, which helps you know who, and we have no objection to that.
We know, and do not object, the Hogoshans' affinities for the fine arts.
Feel free to contact our diplomatic channels in private and I'm sure the government of the Colonial nation shall settle it to everyone's pleasure.
Also, apologies for not heeding your note about needing clarification, not a discussion. Out of respect to the Hogosha, to which my ship brings goods frequently, and we all profit from it, I wanted to give you the assurances of this Colonial, and also tell you that your questions will be answered by Mr. Wingates.

It seems my last transmission appeared garbled. Some data was late in transmission. I should hope this is the reason for the miss-pronounciation of my name.

What I meant by discussion, is unlike the human organs, I do not want this to be the grounds for public debate. You have done nothing wrong, as I was seeking a response strictly from Colonial republic entities.
Barring the official response from Mr. Wingates, it will then be determined whether official delegations need to be made.

because alien artifacts are not being excavated anywhere in the vicinity and are not a source of income for any of our current enemies - they shall remain off the contraband list.

Oh, yes, we're all horrid people for using or shipping cardamine. You idiots and your blasted stereotypes. The generations before me in the smuggling business shipped the first cardamine hauls. THAT was to addict the people. Nowadays, people like me are trying to keep them alive, for without the cardamine, they'd all die.
Is it any different from a man smoking cigarettes or taking medicine?
And anyway, you have no reason to be hating the Outcasts other than being allied with the Independent Miners Guild. Half the time they're mining and most of us leave them alone.
You don't own the Taus, and you're not Corsairs, stop acting like it.

You'd think in this advanced civilization ... we'd be able to synthesize organs ... thus harvesting them would obsolete.
Well I shall reiterate my suggestion of a licensing or subsidy system.
As the gentleman from Cryer Pharmaceuticals mentioned, some, like Cryer, have the legal ability to transport human organs, as they are certifiably non-forcibly extracted, but rather grown organs.

Though yet very minor in politics, being the leader of a guild who represents a fight for free market economics and anti-government interference in trade. We fully support the CR in their decition to ban these materials.
Not one item on this list has not bought a great deal of misery and destruction. We here at the Free Trade Guild support the free trade of ethical cargo and surely no item on that list fits that description. The only of which my pilots have been authorised to carry being nuclear devices. Which we have no problem respecting the wishes of the CR that we not transport them through the Taus.
To the Bretonians. The terrible violation of human rights would be if they were to allow the transport of organs taken from victems murdered for them. I am sure they will do everything in their power to devise a system in which legally obtained organs from willing doners who died accidental deaths can reach those who need them. While im sure some of those organs may not make it through a system which being manmade inherinatly has imperfections like any justice system or government ever created other than the one written down in the passages of the Holy Bible iteself. I think this system will do far more good than harm, and with all due respect to the honorable Bretonian representative I think your attack is purely based on dislike for the Colonials and not their policy.
To the Outcasts, why make threats to an organization who you are already openly hostile with? "We already attack you on sight but now we are going to attack you some more!" Pathetic, just like your whole bloodthirsty, cardy snorting, mindlessly murdering organization.
