Just to point out my edit, as the point it has seems to have been missed.
When was the last time you saw a Zoner NPC in a house capitol system?

Zoners are suppost to be hostile to the Galic Navy and Police for being outsiders. If your character is in control of the ZOI in question feel free to throw out whoever you may like.
No, not at all. I have nothing against Zoners. I used to blow up everyone in Gallia. Problem is, I've seen Zoners claiming Zoner Neutrality in Gallia, and that if we'd kill them, they'd report us to the Zoner council.

Are you proposing that we bore ourselves to death by imitating the NPC's course of action?
The whole thing of using NPC's actions as a leading example was discredited years ago.
We Zoners need supplies.... Like every faction the zoners are not totally self sefficiant (or however that's spelt)
We need stuff....like fuel for instance
We go there to trade.... Zoner warships entering house space? Eh, should not happen much. But they should be allowed to visit, with the government's permission
But again.... should not be a common thing for Zoner Warships to wander into house space

:/
So kill them, and let them go crying with no basis for their claims.
When they learn that they are suppost to be hostile the problem will solve itself.

No, but we follow their RP. Without the NPC RP to base our action on what are we left with?
There are basic guidelines/rules on this server to curb the extremes that you have just so gladly pointed out.
However if that is your view of this game just play vanilla single player, it suits you better.
Here we have freedom to roleplay ouside of robotic subroutines and special roleplay to allow even the extremes you pointed out with permission.
Yeah, I'm in agreement with using that as a basis for RP. Of course, Zoners going to houses can be fully logical, but on the other hand, how many Zoners have you seen who used to do purely in house trade routes and tell people they couldn't be attacked because of being Zoners?
I think the original comment was just a bit too general.

Err... Oops. Mistype.
Hey, my expertize is Rheinland.

I've heard this before...
I'm all for advancement of RP, but only when it makes sense.
As far as I can tell Zoners are basically Captain Nemo and the crew of the Nautilus except in space, people from all of the houses that share a dislike and a need to get away from the houses. That mindset has completely disappeared, or is just hard to find.
