As pointed out by Bosley, any action by this character and others whos names do not appear on our current roster, cannot be taken as Angel sanctioned, any transfers of credits or loadout, are best left to the executives only in the faction status thread.

I have observed, perusing the other notices here, slight communication difficulties with language barriers recently. The Angels, when on, are available to help with all transfers of credits and weapons without difficulties. Also all the very recognizable large factions here, should be able to be approached for this service, when in and around New york. This should keep any problems of misunderstanding to a minimum.

My dear, apologies indeed for my absence from this hallowed congress. Time has been passing with a limited
amount for us to do. Myself, I have moved very little from my usual location in and around New York.
I believe you have been in contact now with certain powers that inhabit this sector, concerning a possible event
for Sirius. I feel this thread could be utilised to promote any doctrines you may have.
As always I shall be available to mediate or become involved at a organisational level when anything comes to
fruition.
With the current situation around this sector concerning weapon statistics arguments, I am thinking of
something myself, to put an end to this finally. Shield busting weapons indeed, we shall see if we need them.

Charlie dear, sorry I haven't been round to New York in some time. I've been showing the sights to a new recruit, Michail. He's been introduced to some of the faction leaders in the Omicrons. We'll be making our way into Bretonia soon. Anything you'd like for me to pick up during my travels?

Well my Angel, its good to hear from you again. I'm more than happy with the progress of our latest executive,
good to know our head hunting agency is paying for itself finally.
On your travels, possibly a few pounds of those rather delectable Gran Canarian coffee beans could be
purchased as they have yet to reach the less than well palated Liberty tastebuds. And I hear of new headware
being packaged somewhere, awaiting transportation, but that is another story.
I shall be looking forward to reading your report on the upcoming Sirius olympic event, and we can sit down for
a breakfast meeting in the very near future. Ideas can be exchanged for this, though I feel the competition should
be scheduled after the full new system changes are in place. Some atmospheric disturbances have yet to be

Hiya Charlie! Okay, so I talked to these new [Mongoose] people, a one Commander Hill to be exact. I explained that I wanted to add his information to our databases. Interesting group of pilots there, all former military. I shamelessly plugged our recruiting agendas but Hill explained he is very particular as to who can and will become a member. He did say that [Mongoose] would be willing to help us set up training exercises whenever we'd like. All in all I think we need to have more dealings them.
Still spreading the word about the Games. I'm heading back to Newark as we speak. I'll see you on your liner to discuss further details.
Interesting information concerning these Mongeese, I have been evesdropping on conclusive information
relative to their piloting skills. I think our offering training courses with their obvious talents could be another
string to our bow.
The rest of our welfare services available to this sector of Sirius, have been underused as of late. These do
include specific information relative to factions, roleplay and other pertinent queries. We do tolerate the odd
"Please where is this located, inquisitions", but these are not to be encouraged, as this is named Discovery for
a reason by our creator.
With the final inception of our newest system changes, the Sirius Olympics should now be taking up a major
part of our schedule. Any hypotheses for events to be included, will be entertained. I myself am working on a
one design fighter challenge over a period of seperate tournaments as there seems to be a ongoing debate to
which is currently the best craft available. We shall give everyone here the chance to prove this, in their own
and others available to them.
I hope Michail's sword waving is not a precursor to his jumping in with all guns blazing, as he and all of The
Angels know, we now have the only true neutral status here in this sector. A certain gentleman from a
Liberty based militia group should be aware, if he had bothered to read our status, that you do not question
our existance in New York, even though mandatory roleplaying is not required there.
My crews predeliction with armament dealings have been overlooked in the past, and will to continue to be,
when I am aiding business colleagues with finance and information concerning their characterisation.
New York is the only safe haven where this can be carried out, and as everyone is aware, I rarely if at all
step outside of those confines.

After reading elsewhere on these forums, a paragraph concerning the shortage of copies of the server rules
on Planet Manhattan, I have had the crew add some of these to our payload.
They are now available for distribution at anytime my ship is in space at Newark station.
Those of you more experienced ladies and gentlemen who inhabit these magnificent parts of Sirius, and who
are canvassed by newcomers here concerning behaviour, are cordially invited to point them in my general
