And its the LSF and the indy navy that are dealing with these swarms, i often find myself alone in liberty, sitting on my hands because there is no other lawful around.
I'm still having trouble getting in contact with Hack (O'Brian, to be precise). Other than that, I've noticed it tend to get really lonely on my patrols (with a Faction ID already bought). Usually I end up taking missions for something to do, which tend to be quite annoying because I don't have a wingman. And I don't even want to think about the times when I run into player-controlled Sabres.
If so, see if I'm online - Ray.MacQueen
I would love to join LPI officialy but still I'm not online regularly so I need to indie as for now... But still, contact me, we can go on patrol together.

I am here to protest the so-called embargo in place in Texas.
It seems to me that banning potentially harmful items from Rheinland, as well as anything heading to there, makes perfect sense. However, inert objects like Diamonds can't possibly pose a threat to the security of Liberty. Why are they banned?
Now, I can understand why things like H-Fuel, Military Vehicles, Toxic Waste, and other truly harmful materials are banned. But a few sparkly lumps of Carbon?
Because you're doing business with enemies of Liberty. If they saw you buying Gold from a Rogue base, they wouldn't exactly be pleased with that either; the gold itself is harmless, but the money you paid for it is funding another Werewolf, a Barghest, a Greyhound - and the destruction those ships cause.
Diamonds are, essentially, the same; just replace Werewolf, Barghest, and Greyhound with Wraith, Fafnir, and Phantom.
For the record, the diamonds in question were mined by me from one of the diamond fields. Ulora is a miner, after all.
The point is, you don't know for certain where the items are coming from or how they were obtained. For that matter, the fact that they were pulled from one of the Rheinland corporation's fields means they didn't see a bit of money from the acquisition of them.
Oh, and elsdragon, yes, I was upset. Mostly because I was not smuggling. I recall you made some statements to that effect about yourself in Hamburg.

We DONT set what is on the Embargo list, the Liberty government does. we just enforce it. Don't like the list? Go make a post in the diplomatic thread and let them know you dont like it.

Yeah, I miss the old RP of LPI... haha, Donut/Coffee Lovin' police. Oh, and they really weren't much for PvPing, most of the time they just saw you and stalled until LSF or LN could come in. Those were the good ol' days...
