So tacticaly exploiting the flipping bug on big ships to prevent docking or take other tactical advantage from the shipmodel uses is all fine now. Great :(
To be honest, ramming something in a fighter is a tactical choice now, which is neat. Last time I was out pirating on my Hessian, I ran into a Samura Train that was sitting in the lane with F3 on. You can make a tactical decision to try and ram him out of this position and lose at least 1/3 of your bots or you can let him go and keep your bots. It's a good tradeoff. More choice is good.
Plus if you're terrible at ramming you just pop. I somehow doubt this is a problem.

Ramming a fighter with a fighter, which has shield down and you having your shields up, dropping a nuke and damage or even kill your opponent is some kind of PvP tactic. You might call it kamikaze-move or something.
It's allowed to ram, but transports activating engines behind a pirate and ramming it to make hull damage or do things like that counts as bad sportsmanship for me.
Well my problem was being rammed in an asteroidefield infront of a Jumpgate i tried to reach. The purpouse of the ramming was to get me stuck there and the ramming vessel succeeded in that, this way preventing me from fleeing.

However this is only sollution for one part of the Problem because like above its not only about damage. Because of the flipping bug, or more technical the inability of the "game physicsengine" to make any sense in difference of masses or its behavior to even turn this completely absurd with a 5k hull fighter flipping a 1.7m hull Barge like a weightless ballon, this is still an mayor bug that frequently gets exploited in imho unacceptable ways.
This is also very odd with or between Battleships because a 600k hull zephyr is superior in flipping a 1,800 k hull Rheinland Battleship, alike the Barge, like a ballon, while itself is much more stable and not easy to flip. Especialy in asteroidefields this is deadly for "the Turtle", as the Rheinland Battleship is also named.

So in essence, your saying it ok for the pirate to do it,but not for the trader to use the same tactic ?
