There should be an option available to every user in their controls as to which forums they wish to view active postings in.

To control Flood would be to dam the torrential flow into a controlled stream of nothingness. I protest! I like just going onto the first page and seeing what catches my eye, not actively searching for an eye-catching thread... That defeats the purpose.

Besides, to limit Flood in any way would be to call forth the hounds of hell to feast upon the flesh of those who dare seek sovereignty over their realm.
