An interesting idea. I am willing to hear your representatives out on this. Bring your convoy down to Freital as suggested, and I will meet you there.
Regards, Meisnerr

You are in luck. Our recent victories on the Omega front have exceeded even my own expectations, and surplus Heimdall's that have been expected to cover losses are still languishing in the Wolfsburg hangar. Normally I would prefer to keep them there, but as you are our allies at the very forefront of the Liberty invasion, I can see where you are coming from.
Send your transports to Wolfsburg for the pickup and instructions in operations of two production models. The head engineer there will be informed.
Regards, Meisnerr

Normally we would be at least slightly pressed to carry out this request, however due to our victories on the Omega front, we have several surplus Heimdall production models sitting around. As our allies in need, you are free to take one of them off our hands. Although I can't spare any men to maintain it for you on your base, I am sure that should it be damaged or suffer a failure of some sort, the Vogtland engineering corps will gladly help out.
Your pilots and engineers should be sent to Wolfsburg Shipyard in Omega-54 for pickup and a crash course in operations. If for some reason I cannot meet your delegation personally, I'll at least toast to our continued cooperation for the effort of freeing Rheinland from the iron hands of Reinhardt.

Greetings Sir Meisner
As you may know the junkers have been continually abused by the comtemptable das wilde. They and a few other entities constantly threaten our freighters and bases and this must stop. A small faction of the junkers has been arming after finding the inadequecy of our ships for taking on the wild. This is going smoothly but we have hit a snag.
Quite simply we need a mobile command base of the cruiser size. We wish to buy the frame, rad shield, engine mountings, reactor mountings and any technology you feel will be fine in our hands, from any model of ship you have. We then wish to tow the ship back to Puerto Rico and finish construction with items we have on hand making it feasible for us to maintain the ship. Said ship will be stationed at Sigma 13 to deter the sever trouble we have had there of late.
Several incentives can be reached such as paying full price for something that is not finished, supplying all the materials ourselves and paying for labor, supplies for you and or a tribute paid to the hessians to help compensate for our request.
If you can please contact me or my underling, the trader simply known as Zeychs either of us would be happy to discuss this with you. We wish to discuss the finer details of the transaction with you

Well, Herr Galacius, as it happens our fleet is ever the modernised one and we have a few vessels ready for decommissioning, yet still quite capable. You might have heard of them, the authorities frequently refer to them as "Rheinland Pirate Cruisers".
Now, although these vessels use technology that can be now considered out of date, we mainly keep them for the use of our closest allies. However... the Junkers did prove beneficial to us in the past, so I am sure we could get to an understanding. We would still need at least some gesture of good will, or perhaps a reference from a Junker Congress official to assure us that this vessel will not be used against our forces. One can never be too careful you know.
Once you have a reference, report back on this channel and the final decision will be made.

Sorry for the delay my good sir. From the way I understand it the Congress is fine with it and someone from them should have contacted you or will be soon. Things are a bit hot right now so I am not sure if they have had time to at the moment, hopefully they have.
Salorn Galacius has contacted me regarding the issue of buying an "outdated" vessel of yours.
As much as i know him he is trustworthy and loyal junker so i support his request. In my opinion
he can become a fine cruiser captain, after he and his crew can finish the necessary modification
and resurrection of the vessel ofcourse in case you are still willing to sell it to him. But i must
mention that he is NOT acting under my command nor is he one of my family members so i cannot
directly affect his decisions as a captain, yet i can assure you if he proves that my trust was misplaced
i'll be the first to make him regret it.

All right then. The Congress is willing to vouch for Herr Galacius, so I am inclined to trust him.
Herr Galacius: The decommissioned ship that will be transferred to your command is currently moored to Wolfsburg Shipyard, which is where you will have to go. For that I will grant you clearance to enter Omega-54. The command codes along with the full instruction manual and a crash course in maintenance and operation will be given to you and your crew by the ship dealer during the transaction.
