Konban-wa Commander Taro-san,
I am lucky to be alive to give you this but it an unfortunate message to give. Shantar-Maru and it's escort ships were taken down in Omicron Beta by Outcasts. Work is being done to replace the lost ships. I'll give you the debriefing:
I took out our exploration unit, Shantar, out with a full escort into Beta two days ago. Escort was fairly heavy with Corporal Satoru Kanegi and Ensign Kasugai Hatsumi in bombers and one of our new recruit; Mang Taku in a Very Heavy Fighter. Since the journey was long I made sure the Shantar brought along extra supplies to keep it's escort sustained. I hope the Ayakashi is fully complete soon.
As our squadron was continuing our slow scan of the system we came across more evidence of the destructiveness of the Outcasts found within. An exploration team was destroyed to man. The scans of the hulls matched with Namura's that was scanned by Shantar before. We didn't realize it at the time, but their fate was about to be repeated.
Sure enough, shortly after our discovery our scanners detected two Outcast signatures but we believe they were smugglers not battle ready ships. It was only fitting that they were appalled at our claim to the Beta system and that our intentions of securing the Alien Organisms required the permission of the Dons. This smuggler had a silver tongue characteristic of any dealer of narcotics that looks to prey on the weakness of society. The Outcast even had the gull to say that our claim to develop Beta is no different than if it were between Kusari and GMG. The nerve! I had thought. No, I knew that hidden behind the honeyed words of that dealer lurked a barbarian and they could not be compared to the civility that is Kusari. I told him just that.
We paid dearly for our daliance and those smooth talking cardimine smugglers bought the incoming wave the time they needed to organize. When the first wave came we weren't worried and considered ourselves faced with nuisance but that first wave was the tip of the iceberg. It didn't take long before the entire squadron was enveloped. Our own members of the Paramilitary Division fought bravely and made sure that their ship made a sting before being disabled themselves.
If may pardon my speaking freely, Cmdr Taro-san, but I feel that if we have any chance against Outcasts we mustn't underestimate them. We need to use decisive force or otherwise giveup any semblance of a toe-hold in Omicron Beta. We have always looked down with contempt against many of our enemies we've had in the past right up into the present. Rheinland, Corsairs, Hogosha all of which had underestimated the skill of our paramilitary forces and faced defeat. All throughout Sirius there are rumours of them being terrors of space and yet we showed no fear, indeed we showed a determination to drive them out to the last ship. In our arrogance, however, I fear that we may duplicate the same mistake with the Outcasts as our previous enemies have made with us.
Out of all the pilots of the enemies we face I respect the Outcast pilot the most. They say that their cardimine boosts them somehow. Well as one who has fought them many time I am hard-pressed not to believe the rumours. We need stronger numbers and sending an Explorer into Beta with the ability to only supply a small amount of strike ships won't be enough. We need Ayakashi's armour completed soon. I have seen it moored to Niigata and have heard that it already had a succesful first trip so it must be ready soon. With Ayakashi fully operational we can place a large enough force in it's bays to hold the fron in Beta.
I am deeply sorry for our failure Commander and some more time in the training simulators has been already scheduled. I still have high hopes for our success and I pray that you'll see fit to keep me in the front lines.

Konichiwa my fellow guild members!
I think it is about time I get you all up to date on what GMG| has been doing, where we currently are at and where we hope to be in the near future.
Let me begin with Okinawa system. Development appears to be proceeding quite well. Reports show that our work has faced very little in the way of organized opposition which pleases us greatly. There were even scattered reports of the odd Samura ship making routes to Fujisawa, don't know if they were just rumours or not but if the odd one wants to help us who are we to complain? With the developments receiving very little interruptions we have high hopes that their completion will be soon.
Next on the list is Omicron Beta. More specifically it's Alien Organisms that are prevailant throughout the system. Currently Kishiro, with the help of ex-Planetform scientists, have begun making leaps in the field of terraforming planets. Our own Miura has provided them with their first opportunity but the expenses of these project can be cut down if these Alien Organisms were harvested in the nearby Beta system. Cryer too has expressed interest in the organisms and have begun making requests for our mining technology in order to harvest them for their own use. Problem is the Outcasts. They are a dangerous lot and in order to secure a toe hold in Beta to begin harvesting we are going to need to use more force and greater numbers. This leads to the next thing.
The Ayakashi is once again fully operational! Yes that's right, expect to see this monstrous flagship on the field once again. After the Namura Engineers (in honour of Namura who first began work on the battleships) finnished studying the data of the Namura wreck (the ship that carried his name sake) they were able to upgrade Ayakashi's armour and we are told that it can now withstand far far more abuse than it previously could. The Engineers are still working on the Daishouri, they said that it'll take longer but when they are done it should be nigh impervious to the firepower of our enemies. Fitting for the guardian of our home. Now with Ayakashi fully operational again we will now be able to begin taking the offensive against our Hispanic enemies. The Ayakashi will mainly act as a forward base for resupplying in the vicinity of Planet Elysium in Beta. This should allow our fighters and bombers to maintain prolongued fronts without running out of supplies. On occasion we will most likely push the offensive even further by striking in the heart of Alpha when such tactics are deemed practical or if an opportunity to send a blow to the Outcasts is just too easy to pass up. This will also apply to the Corsairs in Gamma. While I admit that we don't have anything to gain from making surgical strikes into their territory I know I speak for many in GMG that the desire to feed those treacherous rodents a bit of their medicine. We will teach them of their mistake to cut us out of the artifact trade.
Now onto another exceptionally important matter. Negotiations with the Chancelor of Rheinland is under way. It is the general aim to put an end to the treaty that resulted from the 80 yr war that happened so long ago. We are beginning to feel that it is time to move on from that dark past and look into the future and you all know GMG's intended future; to become the primary supplier of H-fuel to all 4 houses of Sirius. This is also of preactical necessity for us since we need to pull the much needed paramilitary forces guarding the Rheinlan border to serve on the Ayakashi. Rheinland has proven over the last near 2 centuries that they keep to their word. Not once have they crossed the borders after their Chancelor signed the treaty back than. This show of civility and honour hasn't gone unnoticed and if a truce can be made than the uneeded extra patrols can be recalled and put to more modern concerns.
I have also received word of the success of the huge convoy that was organized earlier. I am pleased to hear that no lives were lost and all the shipments made it to their destination safe and sound. I believe that is all for now keep up the good work GMG|.

Konnichiwa Guild brethren!
Earlier today I was contacted by the freelancing mercenary by the name of Slava Pestov. He expressed his wishes to begin to work for the Guild, and we agreed upon to meet in space near Naha. As I was waiting for him, a filthy Corsair by the name of Cal showed up, trying to pirate transports using our lanes.
As usually, no piracy is tolerated in our space, so I set out to engage the Corsair! The escort of one of the transports helped me fight off the Corsair, giving the transports time to escape. Pestov-san then showed up proving his will to help us fight our enemies in the Sigmas. <Action camera> <Action camera>
After a brief fight, I managed to destroy the Corsair. Pestov-san stuck with me during the whole fight, and I told him that he could expect payment for helping me out. Here is his ID and IFF.
I'm sure we can expect many claims from Pestov-san, and as such we should consider inviting him to the Aikagi List when he has proven himself to our cause.

Despite popular belief, I am alive. The retreat drew attention away from my escape pod, and I managed to navigate to Planet Elysium, where a GMG drone picked me up.
For those who don't know, Guild Master Katsuo Okazaki, Commander Taro Katsuo, and I entered Omicron Beta to deal as much damage to the Outcasts as we could. It was inspiring... We repelled three waves of Outcasts, and dealt significant damage to a fourth wave of more skilled pilots.
The first wave consisted of a Destroyer, two Sabres, and a Trident gunship. We targeted the destroyer first, using the terrain to our advantage. After it bit the dust, the sabres fled, and we destroyed the gunship.
The second wave consisted of a Hacker gunship, and two Tridents. We made short work of all three.
The third wave consisted of a Trident, two Falcattas, and two Sabres. With a pair of skillfully placed Supernovas, the gunship was taken out quickly. I took out both of the Outcast bombers fairly easily with my Supernova cannon. Another trident (with an identical callsign to one that we had taken out just moments ago) appeared, and opened fire. Taro Katsuo landed a critical hit on his hull, causing a brilliant and satisfying explosion, leaving just two Sabres. One of them fell prey to his own missiles and torpedoes. The other was fairly skilled, and managed to last for too long.
By now, I imagine Alpha was stirring. A fourth wave arrived consisting of a Sabre, a Falcatta, and three Trident gunships. Things were looking grim...
We took out one of the gunships as SP-Ghost (Falcatta) ordered them to retreat. The two Sabres and the Falcatta remained, concentrating their fire on me. I had two opportunities to take out the bomber, but he was saved by his shields once... and I missed the other. My Kaichou sustained significant damage rendering it unpilotable, leaving me no choice but to eject.
Guild Master Okazaki and Commander Katsuo retreated to Omicron-64, with the three attackers in pursuit. They made it to Sigma-60 before the Commander was cruise disrupted by SP-Ghost. I could not believe when I heard SP-Ghost destroyed Katsuo Okazaki ... leaving just Taro Katsuo against the three. Not even he could take on such a challenge... he was also destroyed by SP-Ghost.

Konnichiwa Guild brethren!
Today when I was assembling a strike-force to attack Omicron Beta just outside Ogashawa, the enemy came to us! But not the Hispanic group you'd think, but a Corsair Dreadnought! A bad timing for the Corsairs, I'd say! In just a few minutes, all participants of the strike-force had arrived at Ogashawa and we all engaged the Corsair warship!
The Corsairs knew that it stood little chance against us, and engaged the powerful cruise engines to flee to the Sigma-17 jump gate. We pursued it into Sigma-17, but ultimately lost target of it when the warship reached the cloud of Kunashir. No matter, we had other business to do in Omicron Beta. But our morale was raised knowing we had forced one of the mightiest vessels in the Corsair fleets to run with its tail between the legs!
We soon jumped into Omicron Beta from Sigma-19, and immediately started to search for Outcast combatants. It wasn't long until we managed to ambush a DoomAngel~"7" cruising through the system. We destroyed it swiftly before it could call for help... Or so we thought.
Out of nowhere, a huge warship appeared. Identified as the dreadful Battleship MNS Santa Caterina. We were forced to engage it. It wasn't long until yet another warship appeared! This one, the enormous Dreadnought known as MNS Moonlightning entered the fray. After a brief battle, both capital ships recognized that the terrain was not in their favour, and jumped back to whatever system they came from!
In the middle of the battle between us and the capital ships, a lone gunship joined the battle, but were quickly destroyed by the flawless hits of Anti-matter fired from our cannons.
After the capital ships had left the scene of battle, a pair of Sabrefighters came into scanner range, and another skirmish between us and the Outcasts ensued. Both of the fighters were ultimately destroyed by our superior forces.
With all of the enemy combatants destroyed or routed, we returned to Ogashawa to celebrate another victory over the Outcasts!

Konbanwa, Members of the Guild.
I regret to announce that, in our last strike on Omicron Beta, the Gas Miners Guild has lost the famous Corporal and bomber ace, Satoru Kanegi. His unit suffered major losses when they found themselves overwhelmed by enemy Sabres and Falcattas. Satoru-san ordered his remaining wingmen to retreat, but had no intention of fleeing himself. The Corporal deployed countermeasures to cover his units' escape and fired disruptor missiles at every enemy to prevent any pursuit attempts. The angered enemies turned on the lone Corporal... The survivors say that Satoru-san destroyed multiple enemy bombers before they lost visual. Long range scans at the time showed that Outcast heavy reinforcements were enroute to the Corporal's position.
Before the survivors left the system, Satoru-san sent his last transmission...
Sayonara, my friends... 'till we meet again... For the Guild! *static*
At that moment, an Outcast Destroyer and multiple fighters and bombers were destroyed, suggesting that the corporal managed to cause the Destroyer's core to go critical and engulf himself and any foes in the vicinity.
Satoru Kanegi's death will not be in vain. May his legacy live forever as an inspiration to us and our allies, and a reminder to our foes that the Guild will not go quietly.

Konbanwa,
The Board of Administrators has an announcement to make to the Trade Division.
After more than twenty-five years of service in the GMG, Hiroto Oshiro has resigned from Chief Executive Officer, and retired to a peaceful life on Planet Honshu. Many of our Okinawa projects were started by Hiroto-san himself.
The board has elected Clerk Hoshi Tanaka as the new Chief Executive Officer. We are confident that she will carry the Guild to greatness through the Okinawa projects and our future developments in the Donyuu Cloud.

Konichiwa Guild members,
I am Satoru Akimitsu, son of the late Corporal Kanegi. Since his death my uncle (Satoru Yordan) and I have pledged ourselves to take revenge upon the Hispanian scum that took my father.
In a daring raid between myself and Yordan on Omicron Beta we succeeded in taking down multiple hostile ships before our own were heavily damaged and we had to retreat.
After several minutes of battle we encountered even heavier defenses , but they soon fled the battle scene as we were too manuavarable for it to take shots at us.
The first blood to be spilled was that of Franz.Werner.
During the battle I received a communication attempt from a Hispanian ship under tha command of Ximen Benitez telling us to stall for they had an attack on Alpha planned ...
Shortly after Nova, my uncle was taken down, but I tracktored his eject pod and turned my guns on another sabre which went down in mere seconds (Anime_Master).
Allas shortly after his destruction, reinforcements arrived for the Outcast {SOB}Salvador,Perez. I was almost gunned down by the fire of 3 sabres but I was able to retreat back to Sigma space and return to Ogashawa.
Once there my uncle was sent to med bay to be checked over so we could be assured that he was fine, and indeed he is.
This was a small victory for the Guild, but many more shall follow!
