Supernovas!

Yeah, be fine to see some different Supernova colors/effects. Adds some uniqueness to every faction.

This sounds very nice, but by supernova, do you mean both Torps and Antimatter?

eh? theres the gun called the Supernova antimatter cannon (the one in question), and then theres the nova torpedos (not the im talking about, and the name is different too.:P)

He is talking about first to make different SNAC's (same stats for everyone so people won't become crying babies) with their own unique name based of which faction it belongs to. Then, give it an unique projectile-color along with perhaps an unique blast-effect, again based on which faction the said Supernova belongs to.

Mini Razors and Nova Torps, think that be too much making them unique for almost every faction also...

I know Zeltie, but if different SNACs becomes reality, sooner or latter, questions like: "Why they didnt make diferent razors as well?" may be asked. If gurj really want different Snacs (what is really great idea) i think that at least Mini razors should be different as well.

something like how missiles in eve work. you can have 1 missile launcher equipped, but you can use 4 different missiles if you have their ammo in your cargo hold. this way, you could use mix of emp + hullbusting torps, restricted by constants (total of 70 ammo) and by making them use cargo space too.

Was thinking more about just different ammo to it. If not different Novas, then at least different ammos, like Rhn Nova Torp ammo, Liberty etc. Just different color.

But this idea is nice too

definitely. im proposing an entirely aesthetically based supernova variation thing. the second people start going "hmm, you know, these stats could be tweaked a little...", ill flame em and shut this project down.

i thought that since the infocards are pretty much written for the weapons, why not use what we already have (thus, didnt bother making a new thread either).
