Unlawful liberty... is bad, because of the xenos/outcasts killing each other.
Which one will use it? Which one will design it?
Xenos would probably use the generic SNAC I think, since they're poor and such. But the Liberty Rogues and Lane Hackers and Mollys could all work together on the same cannon. Then the Hessians, Bundies and Unioners can have one, and the Gaians, Hogosha and Corsairs could probably share one, maybe. Blood Dragons and GC could share one, and I'm not too informed on the diplomacy situations in Gallia so whatever works in there.

that was the idea. 1 for the house lawfuls, one for the unlawfuls.

The Blood Dragons and GC could share, but I think that the hogs/fa would use a Kusari model.
I suppose civ snac for the xenos works best. The Rogues and the Hackers can use the outcast.

The Rogues/Hackers wouldn't be the only ones using it, it would be for the Mollys as well. Hackers can use the OC one if they really want, but Liberty Pirates have come a long way since their old days when they were reliant on Outcasts for support. Both factions have their own full ship lines and weapons, the Rogues even have their own cap ship turrets.

I suppose you're right, however, arn't their cap turrets based of outcast or something?
Most of their technology would be based off outcast. Their ships are like... bits of junk put together.
